I tried the September challenge and fell by the wayside. October here I come!! This is my month to get into the 170s (and stop fluxuating back into the 180s)!
Start Weight = 181.5
05 October = 179.5 (2 lbs down! Lets keep it that way!)
12 October = 181 - I even waited a few days hoping it was fluke and would go back down!
The fluxuating begins again! I blame the stress of my last semester of school and
looking for a job... but really I just eat too much and don't exercise enough!

05 October = 292
12 October = 292 (I took a two hour walk, didn't bring it down completely, but took it down two pounds. At the beginning of this week I was at 294. icks!)
19 October = 293.4 (I have been absorbing a book this week on microeconomics, no time for excersize, time to focus on school! But doing well in school. Final on Saturday. One hell of a busy week and analyzing an article having to do with microeconomics. But working with a new ball my sister bought for me ..its so much fun for toning ..

05 October = 14st 1.8lbs i.e. 197.8 pounds total loss 2.4 pounds
