Dreamseeker: Don't fret--the weight will come off, sometimes our bodies just need to shift things around a bit but eventually the numbers are going to drop.
2 days until we weigh again, and I'm still holding steady. I guess that is good since I haven't worked out at all, and I am not watching what I am eating at all. Too sick & tired & kids too sick for me to care right now. I haven't even been able to get on the computer lately.
Hi hope everyone is doing well...I must have been counting before 1 hour for a mile cuz my miles added up faster this week and I havent exercised nearly as much as I had the past week...Two more days till weigh in...*EEEKKK*
Cant wait for weigh in this week, im hopeing with all the cycling ive been putting in ill have lost more than usual *crosses fingers*
My new scales come next week (they measure fat and water %) - so i can see how much of my weight is fat and how much is muscle. Im fairly convinced i have a lot more muscle than most people, hence why i weigh so heavy but am the same size or smaller as people 30lb lighter.
i hate quitters just as much as the next person. . . . and i know that everyone has been really into the whole 'stick through the challenge' part of this, which i think is great. . . . .but i have to say that because of recent events, me being a really active member of the challenge is not going to be happening this month
i'll still weigh in every week! and i'll still check in on everyone, but my efforts have to be cut back a little bit. . . . .i'll go into more detail in my journal, but i've put a bit too much on my plate right now and am close to having panic attacks as a result. job stuff, personal stuff, too much stuff to be honest!!
so although i'm not going to be quite as much of a motivator or active participant as i wanted to be, i'll still check in here at least weekly for the weigh in and to cheer everyone else on!!! i promised at least that when i signed up for the challenge
i hope everyone else is doing fabulously. i'll check in on you guys, and am looking forward to seeing the results!!!!

Wishes is right! Don't put your personal stuff and work stuff before yourself. Remember, YOU come first! If you can not go full force on weight loss, do what you can: plan your meals, don't forget about water and exercise a bit. Good luck to you and hope to see you back in the better mind set.

Ipeaked this morning and it said 189 so I need to really kick butt
today to get it to 188 CMON scale lol!

Well, the extra time on the elliptical didn't do me any good last night Oh well, I enjoyed it anyway Well, I've lost about a lb and a half again...not too bad.
