Final Weight on November 30:
Weight Goal for challenge (lbs lost)= 10 LBS!

Ive lost .5 but I will take it...that means I maintaned my 5 lb weight loss despite my bad eating over the weekend adn the last couple of days...
 
Heyas everyone, CONGRATS to every1 that lost! I however gained 1lb
which could have been worse considering all the days I cheated and no

Im so sorry I have not checked in. The last few days have been icky. yeasterday i woke up and my upper tummy muccles felt like they were doing the wave so I went into the bathroom to see if I could see them moving and I couldnt. the day befor that if felt like someone had punched me in the tummy real hard.
Ive been so tired and icky feeling.

As for me I wieghed in at 160:p Good enough. At least I lost 2 of the three pounds I gained last week. So does that count for part of my wieght loss goal of 7 lbs :rolleyes: LOL!!! Only two more weeks left I hope to lose at least two more. I am bummed about it but I know I have to move on.

I'm not sure what's going on with my loss. The scale is showing a 5 lb gain. I'm hoping it's water...I just can't possible report that today...I hope no one objects to me reporting it in a day or so...
 
Nothing lost for me this week unfortunatly, but im gonna keep working hard and hopefully see those pounds come off, congrats to everyone who has lost weight, good luck for the rest of november. :)
 
Boy- This month sucks for me.:eek: I only lost 1 pound and that was last week!:(
I wonder if it has anything to do with the weight training I am doing at home now? :confused:
If I'm gaining mussel, then doesn't that it defeat the weight lost challenge? Help whats going on with me?
What do you think I should do? Is it to early for me to start the weights?
I like the weight loss feeling
 
Building muscle will eventually help you lose the weight. I know it sucks to see the scale numbers stay frozen but muscle weighs more than fat, so once your body has finished adjusting and the new muscles begin to help burn fat you'll see the numbers drop. You should also begin to feel differences in your body. Just takes a week or two so hang in there! You're doing the right things.

I started to second guess myself and my strategy for weight loss.

I gained 4 pounds! :( :rolleyes:

Hoping it's from water retention (that time). This was painful to report.

Go hard on antioxidents etc and coffee and you outta have some kickass weight loss next week :D:D
