OKAY~soo.... the following is what we have panned, We are going to have an exercise minute challenge :) and we are going to have partners too, right? Also, is everyone wanting to join in on the walking challenge called "Leaving Hershey" It doesnt have to be just walking, lets say u walk one mile and u burn 500 calories, you just have to find another exercise to burn 500 and that will count as one mile :) Okay, lemm kno what yall think
 
PS~ I will have a thread and then there will be a section to copy and paste for everyone, and I am going to request that nobody chat until everyone has posted or until Nov. 1, whichever comes first. I will try to start the thread shortly, is that ok with everyone?

ALSO~Dont forget, try to start ur workout routine now, so u wont be so sore come november :)
 
I don't think I've ever burned 500 calories in any of my exercise routines...I ride 6 miles on the bike and it's only 175 calories. I did 300 calories once but that took me almost 1 1/2 hours--it was crazy.
 
well, i dont think anyone burns 500 calories walking in an hour either, lol, but the bike miles and everything count too~! :)

Double your speed/effort and double the calorie useage.
I do an hour on the bike and burn 800 a day :O

Also - dont trust most exercycles - if they dont ask your weight or age etc then they are probably wrong (fitday or something will give you the correct amount for your height/weight/age/etc)
 
Hey - I just joined today and wanted to participate in this November challenge. Not sure what all the acronyms stand for because I'm new, so if I'm missing something, let me know! I've never lost as much as 8lbs. in a month, but I'm willing to give it a go. =)
