Hey... I want to lose 10lbs in Nov.
I wanted to tell a fact
to lose 1 lb you have to spend 3500 cals, so as to lose 10 lbs in 5 weeks you have to lose 2 lbs in a week. that means spending 1000 calories a day. that can be achieved by spending 500 cals in gym & eating 500 cals lower!!! SIMPLE.. really its not that tough!!!Lets begin with 8-10 glasses of water/day..
that mainly willl drain out the excess metabolic waste & is for sure a good beggining.
I ;m putting on my ways to reach my target any comments are welcome!
1. plenty of water.
2. burstiing 500 cals on treadmill each day!
3. eating 1200 cals per day!
