awesome!! more and more people are joining!! I love talking, im just so chatty, but not many ppl seem to be on as much as me, lol
 
This is really great! I'm pretty excited about it :) Yea, i think the stories are a cool idea! I'll be so motivated to resist my favourite cookies just to write about it here :D I'm hoping to lose another 1.5-2 lbs by end of october; since i'm 122.3 now, it'll probably be a goal of 9.5-10lbs loss by end of november.. meaning i'm aiming 112.3 for this challenge :) hope to do better than that though!

Just to add my pounds to my name, I guess I forgot that on my pm! Oops! 8 pounds for me (that way I can secretely reach for 10, but If I make 10 I can still be proud!) :)
 
i m new...but 10lbs by the end of november sounds gud...

hey i m new to this forum.....have juz started weight watchers....really have a load of weight to loose ..but yeah i m uto loosing 10 lbs in nov...that wld b awsum:)..wish me luck...but how does it work....do i have to ost my weight every week ..every day???....plzzz elaborate a lil...:)
 
I'm In, I'm In :D I am going to go for 7 pounds.:eek: I'm wanna start going to the gym everyother day in Nov. We go on vaction in Dec. and for my exercises I want to go jogging to stay fit and still lose weight. So I gotta start getting my body to get use to jogging.

Hey... I want to lose 10lbs in Nov.
I wanted to tell a fact to lose 1 lb you have to spend 3500 cals, so as to lose 10 lbs in 5 weeks you have to lose 2 lbs in a week. that means spending 1000 calories a day. that can be achieved by spending 500 cals in gym & eating 500 cals lower!!! SIMPLE.. really its not that tough!!!Lets begin with 8-10 glasses of water/day..
that mainly willl drain out the excess metabolic waste & is for sure a good beggining.
I ;m putting on my ways to reach my target any comments are welcome!
1. plenty of water.
2. burstiing 500 cals on treadmill each day!
3. eating 1200 cals per day!

hey any of us can do it!!!:)

okie dokie, ur down for 10 lbs!! I am so excited I cant wait to see this thing start, by the way, does anybody have any really successful workouts to share?
 
ANKU~ you would need to post ur weight every week, on friday. and thats all u HAVE to. BUT, it would be nice if you posted some stories about the week though :)

Good point. Okay I've been waiting and waiting to get in a challenge and I don't want to miss out. So I am going to join in here. Count me in please! :) We can do this!
 
Yes put me down for 10 please! (I'll shoot for 12 then in order to make it lol) That's a lot but I think it can be done! :)
