I'd love to join too The Halloween challenge is ending, and the Newbies vs Oldies challenge is only up till mid November. Would like something up to end of November. I think 8lbs is a good idea! If we can reach 10, all the better!!

hi i want to lose 20lbs in 2 months so I want to join the novemevber challenge.. I'm reallly xited about it! I want to put my photo in before n after threads tooo! so i want to lose sum weight for that.
I suggest that everyday each one should announce to quit one kind of xxxxtra calorie food & stick to that regime till nov end.
also we can post our adventure stories that how we resisited a tempting scoop of ice cream etc. and motivate others!
I want to participate....at the moment I'm doubting I'll ever lose another ounce but hey, gotta try. (or so they say...of course I have no idea who 'they' are)
