I hit another small roadblock. My doc doesn't want me exercising yet. He feels that it would be impactful on my joints at my current weight. He said do the calorie reduction so that's all I got for mine.
Too much water.
Can't meet the 2 hour min...
Am I doing great or what? lol
Is there anything low-impact that you could ask your doctor about? Maybe even arm-chair aerobics?
I do understand the worry about joint-impact though, for sure!
On a side note, I got 150oz of water yesterday, which is just below my recommended amount. I'm at 75oz so far today ... on the right track
