I think I'm going to start posting my calorie intake since these last two days I've eaten more than usual and yesterday I ate so so much like 1800-2200 cal or so. I fucked up.
I'm feeling pretty hungry lately so I need a little help so I avoid getting my bad habits again. I eat child food for weightloss, don't judge.

This morning: 2 child applesauce (50 cal x2) + 2 child cheese (65 cal x2) = 225 cal
 
Dinner: 2x ramen cups (87 cal + 70 cal) + likely whole bottle of diet coke (110 cal whole bottle) = 270 cal
Total for the day: 1025 cal :(
 
Oh, come on! Two pounds is a good weekly loss! The sort of steady, sustainable rate that presages permanent loss, not just a sudden empty system or water loss. You've done well!
 
79.8 (175 lbs) ^^
I'm finally after having struggled for the last two weeks, out of the 80's. My bmi is 26 now!!
 
Decided to switch to pounds, I'll see the number go down more often. Plus more milestones ^^ (will make it easier for y'all too)

My goals for this week:

-drop to 169 (I'll eat well, just work out real hard)
 
Wow! down to the 160s in one week! That's a great goal - go, you! (I'll be sorry to lose you from the 170s Club - but with any luck I might catch you up in a month or so!)
 
I didnt lose shit, I'm still at 175, kinda binged twice this week so thats why. I'm at 79.7 kg (175.4)

Kinda makes sense if you didn´t defecate in a week... But in seriousness: binging sucks and I hope you come to terms with it. Are your daily calories high enough to make not binging feasible?
