I'm pissed, I took almost two fucking months to drop down only 5 kilos. I wanted to be at least 79 kg in december. And now I'm fucking. I'm tempted to do something radical like not eating for two weeks...I want to not be fat anymore
 
Nelly- there is absolutely no point in being pissed off. Start eating a sensible, healthy & sustainable diet with lots of vegetables, some lean protein & some fruit & some whole grains. Starving yourself for 2 weeks is not the answer. Being healthy is.

i have to smile a little... not at your plateau, but at your diminutive command of language. when someone tells me that they have a problem writing a letter, i'll often to tell them to write to someone like you would talk to them. i have to say in your case, you might want to tone it down a notch. the English language is one of the richest in human history. it would probably benefit you socially to keep that in mind.

@Nelly you should just contact nutritionist if you have such a problem.

Do not do radical steps if you don't want to have a yoyo effect :)
PS. 5 kilos isn't a bad result! Actually you are on the right path... just be more patient and give yourself more time..- you will get there!
 
I'm done with the plateau ^^
I think I ate more than I thought I did. I broke through it with eating 200 cal less and intermittent fasting twice during the week. Plus with more sleep. i'm pretty happy ^^ almost have a normal weight!!! :):):):):)

Good, considering I ate a lot more cos of the holidays like way fucking more :'((( but I lost 1 kg so that's cool. I'm at 180 pounds ^^
 
btw I'm not plus size anymore, and my tops are L not XL. I'm size 12-14 in us sizes now instead of 18-20....(not like most of y'all know my sizes from my country, easier) my stomach is a lot flatter, starting to have a very light thigh gap, my arms are visibly thinner, my face is A LOT thinner for some reason (sharp jawline, exc...), my legs look almost normal...
 
That is really nice, not to be plus size now! Good for you, Nelly! :) And 81.8 is almost, almost down into the 170s - I'll be waiting at the door of the 170s Club to cheer you in!
 
80.9 ( I doubled checked it a few times). Meaning I'm out of the 180's. My BMI is almost 26 ^^
Btw little weight loss tip. When you eat normally or a lot for like two weeks and dramatically go to at least 1300 cal, you'll drop the pounds real fast. My cal intake the last few days was: 500, 1000 and 1300. Here ya go. Almost out of the 80's :))))))
