-Wednesday 17th: 165lbs/74,9 kg
-Sunday 21st: 162lbs/73,9 kg :blush5: Healthy BMI (24.9)
-Wednesday 24th: 160lbs/72,9 kg
-Sunday 28th: 158lbs/71,9 kg :blush5: 50's
-Wednesday 30th: 156lbs/70,9 kg


I know this is pretty extreme but I've done similar stuff before. Anyway I'll maintain for 4 weeks in april.
 
That is pretty full-on! Eight kilos in a month! o_O Well, I guess you know your own body best - keep yourself healthy, anyway!

Need to stick to 700-800 (I know it's unhealthy but I need to lose a few kilos quick, need more motivation. Been stuck for two months at the same weight pretty much and that's one reason why I binged)

77 kg! (not sure if. 2,.4, 6,.8...though lol. Weighed myself a few times) 171/170/169 depending. Bmi is 25 now anyway :)
 
Going to try to get down to 76 this week. I guess I need to make myself möte down to earth goals lol
 
I'm only 700g/ a pound away from the 60's. My goal for the end of the month is 169. Got 3-4 days or so. Think its a pretty realistic goal ^^
