-Wednesday 17th: 165lbs/74,9 kg
-Sunday 21st: 162lbs/73,9 kg Healthy BMI (24.9)
-Wednesday 24th: 160lbs/72,9 kg
-Sunday 28th: 158lbs/71,9 kg 50's
-Wednesday 30th: 156lbs/70,9 kg
I know this is pretty extreme but I've done similar stuff before. Anyway I'll maintain for 4 weeks in april.
