Weight-Loss
Can I weigh in on Fridays instead of Thursdays? That way my weigh in will be in sync with the other challenge.
 
I'm sorry if this was already mentioned and I missed it. So are we going to keep adding to this thread with our progress? Since I haven't updated my ticker since I put it up, I'm just going to weigh in in the morning and start a new ticker. My 6 week goal is 15 pounds. Good luck everybody!
 
I weigh in on Sundays, but I made an exception for January 1 and February 14!

Well its january 2nd and I read the first post and I was just going to not join because of what you said about teams and I REALLY dont like to compeat with people so I decided to read the second post and If it is starting on the 5th I would like to join. I have a school gym that I suscribed too so I can do that atleast 3 times a school week and on weekends I usually workout for atleast an hour on saturday and sunday after homework. So I am up for it :p

Well, heck. I started the Christmas challenge at 216 and got down to 206.5. Between the time the Christmas challenge ended and today (01/03/08), I'm back up to 213 which means I only retained a net loss of 3 pounds from the Christmas challenge. :banghead:

Time to get serious again. I'm going to break the 200lb mark this challenge if it kills me...LOL!

Good Morning Everyone!!!

SO I wieghed in at 171 :rant: I am stoked about this challenge. It has been forever since I posted on this website. I missed you all. So Today I am going to do 20 min of pilates. And go for a 30 min walk. Then tomorrow I will hit the gym for sure.
