Thanks! Tonight, I caved, but I plan on being good thru the weekend. Fridays are always my downfall, since it's take out night. I tend to let things kinda slide Fridays. I'm prepared for it.

However, tomorrow, back on the wagon for me. No messups....

B today was 2 Go Lean waffles and about 6 or 8 fried potato strips. Ok, so I was half good. LOL Could have been a hell of a lot worse! :)

My middle child has a Halloween party today and then tomorrow he and his older brother has one tomorrow.

Hey all. Been super busy and super stressed. I went for 2 runs this week and I may go again tomorrow, rather than doing the elliptical. Here is my food log for the day:



Doing ok...just need a little tweaking...Hoping for another 2 pound loss this week. Wish me luck!
 
Good luck! I know you will reach that goal in no time. Keep chasing them kids around and you will lose it in no time..LOL
 
I am craving chocolate soooo bad today. I hate Halloween. Make it go away. But I've been good. I have only stolen about 5 pieces of candy in the alst 2 days. For me, that's good. LOL

Did weights this morning and then did 30 mins of elliptical. I hope that by me having to adjust the time wthat I work out, it won't hinder my weight loss attempts...**crosses fingers for a good weigh in tomorrow**
 
Well, today was the magic weigh in day....and I maintained. I'm not completely bummed, but it would have ebeen nice to lose something. Although it registered at 122, then at the last minute moved to 123, so I suppose it's possible I lost SOMETHING. I dunno. anyway, I will work hard this week. :)
 
Yes and yes. I nearly hurled, but I tried it.

Did weights today. And then did 30 mins of cardio. Did great eating all morning, had an awesome lunch, and then had one of those mini pies (apple) and a diet soda. Ugh. I couldn't resist. Dinner will be spaghetti and breadsticks.
 
omg...sara...gross....lol

been offline for the last 36hrs or so....back now. Miss me? did ok today food wise, although I'm sooo hungry. I think it's that time of the month approaching, so my hunger pangs are in full force...I want chocolate, soda, crackers, FOOD. Therefore, I have ben a fat girl lately. I feel so fat. If I maintain or lose this week, I will be impressed. I bet it will be a 2 pound weight gain for me.
 
Well, I didn't gain. And boy, was I shocked. Got a good weight workout in just now. In an hour will do cardio. Getting hungry, so I will get my lunch. Hope all is well with you all! :)
 
Yup - always wait to weigh yourself after you've been eating the bad stuff - gives your body a chance to "Detox" and you'll get a more accurate reading.
 
Trying to stay on target this week. Not sure how I'm doing. I guess I will see in two days. Had great cardio workouts this week! And had a good weight training session Monday.
