I bet the crispbread would be good with the chili..:D, but still partial to pb sandwich.

I just cut the bars and they are crumbly. Have you figured out a way to get them not so crumbly yet? Don't know if longer cooking time would do it or not. Afraid the top would burn.

Intervals... again... I'm SO glad I took it easy yesterday... Today's class was tough enough... But I made it :)
 
Kitchen Adventures

Well I guess I'm doing well in the cooking department - I'd offered my regular taster what was left of the pb granola and she gladly took it and said it was delicious. Then, after spinning I offered my instructor a taste of the turkey chili (there wasn't much left) and she liked it so much she took it home with her for dinner lol.

I need to take some of your recipes Tom, i have a habit of making the best tasting high calorie food I can find lol. Great job regaining your steam, nice to read about, as i can use some motivation these days.

Ball Bridge - 2 minutes, 35 seconds

Hip Raise and Leg Curl (Feet on Stability Ball) 1x15

Not a bad workout today - very similar to the one I did Wednesday, but I added a few seconds to the ball bridge.
 
The wait on weight

The other news today is I got on the scale, and it read 239.8. I know not to put that much stock in the number, but dang it did feel good to push that slider to the left past 240. :)
