Heh ride a spin bike for a week - you'll know exactly what I mean... they may affect different muscles, but the idea's very much the same... lol

Classes

Yoga, Spinning

The dark cloud I'd been under seems to have dissipated a little. Am hoping the classes tonight will take care the rest.
 
Stingo, its true that yoga does make me and it seems you feel calm and at ease. My Pilates class is really a yoga-lattes lol! The instructor incorporates both, and I love it!! I feel so at ease after, yet worked out!! :D

Hope the rest of your cloud goes away!!!!;)
 
Hmm lattes.... Yeah the same instructor I have for Yoga does actually teach a Yoga-lates class. She's also taking over the Pilates class my friend/co-worker taught (due to leaving the company for another job).

Of course it did... :) Maybe Starbucks was subliminally influencing you when you posted...

As a side note, I'm using the 5th notch in on my belt today (used to using notch 4). It's tighter, yes not uncomfortably so.

Thank you sparrow - yeah was surprised when I cinched up the belt today - had tried the 5th hole before but it felt noticeably uncomfortable lol
