LMAO @ RWS, your meals look tasty, but all that f**king ketchup!

Its full of sugar is ketchup. :)

Haha, yeah I put ketchup on my burgers for sure.. but I only eat ketchup post workout! So it doesn't matter! wuahaha!

Oh, and I hope you don't think that is ketchup on my pasta... that would be nasty brotha!

It's pasta sauce..;)

Fish again!

Nice piece of Cod shared with my wife.

A little butter to hold a few "Old Bay" seasoned breadcrumbs, then in the oven and then browned under the broiler. Squash and sweet potato pancakes to round it out.

I love fish. Love cooking it too.

LOL, I have a high metabolism too. I eat a lot of brown rice and WW pasta.

That looks like about a whole loaf. What's that about 1500 cals just for the bread?

Is that homemade or store bought? Did you check for added sugars and other garbage?

:D
It's like 2/3 of a medium loaf. This bread is pretty good, it's store bought, no sugar added, and the bread also contains some oats, which makes it even better.
I think one average slice is around 100 cals , so I guess the bread is around 600-700 cals in the meal.

At the local store there are marinated chicken breasts for sale. They taste great, you don't need to put any spices or sauces, all you need to do is cook it.
I fried them in some olive oil. I like frying food with olive oil.. it makes it juicier and adds some extra calories to it.. which I like :D

Oh and I hope you dont marninade sausage and chuck it on the barbi
