Whole grain noodles with a little olive oil; granulated garlic and oregano, chicken breast with salt free seasoning and mixed vegetables.

mmmm, that looks really good too. Healthy as well.

I was out this afternoon and missed out on my regular feedings.
I've had salmon many times at resturants but never cooked it at home as the wife doesn't like it.

$3.99 for 9oz of steak, I've only had filets. As the fish finished cooking in the pan I threw in the squash. A little rice, a nice American Brown Ale....I can't believe I cooked up such a nice salmon the very first time, PERFECT!

That's a great and healthy meal, looks so tasty, and it opened up my appetite.. :D

I've read that one should try and stay away from bacon and sausage. Pork bacon has 130 calories and 13 grams of fat (five of which are saturated). Lean bacon or bacon substitutes have processed fats and processed carbs. I suppose it depends on a lot--like whether you're on a fat-loss diet, maintenance diet, or trying to gain lean tissue. Just curious...

also some of the chemicals used to make processed meats are believed to be carcinogenic

This is my massively anabolic post post workout meal, steak and potatoes:

and this is my famous egg sandwich, which is really an egg wrap :)
4 eggs (2 whole 2 white)
mushrooms
cucumbers
onions
ketchup
lettuce
all on a whole wheat tortilla:

With a big glass of water!...I've lost 14 pounds in 2 weeks, maybe tomorrow I'll start eating lettuce and vinegar twice a day...paper plates taste like ****

I like hamburgers.... this is actually a buffalo burger. I have these for post post workout pretty often:

And today for my post post meal I had some whole grain pasta with some beef tips, chicken, corn, and pasta sauce.... was delicious! This was actually about a third of the full meal, ended up filling the bowl to the top when I was done with this one... The noodles are in there BTW, just buried.

Definitely my best muscle gainer... I have this for my post post workout meal on my most intense training days (back and USUALLY legs)

some pasta with steak, chicken, pasta sauce, and some peas/carrots.

It's delicious.

Why are you mentioning something about sugar (in Ketchup) to my friend, RWS, when you are a topped off walking "beer bottle" on the weekends? :)

:)

Best regards,
