Hey, thanks. That's one of my regular standbys. Tonight I dropped the ball and ordered some delivery, roast pork, chicken, mustard green soup, kimchi, rice. Cheap and yummy though probably not the healthiest but oh well...

Here's what I'm eating now.. literally... I'm chewing my food while typing this.

Rice with some 'shrooms, some grilled fish, and of course... WATER!



p.s I really need to clean my room!
 
Those are grilled fish fillets, not chicken ;) ,
I usually eat 'em with bare hands, and use a spoon for the rice :yelrotflmao:
The spatula somehow found its way there
 
The fish is called Oslic, mostly found in the Southeastern region of Europe. :)
It's pretty good, and the most important thing.. it gets me the protein I need :D
 
this was my last keto breakfast:

4 fried eggs (2 whole)
2 strips of bacon
3 sausage links
smothered in mushrooms and onions.

It was an epic way to end keto.

Yep, throw em away. And yes, my portions are fit for a king:cool:

Speaking of that, I was going to say Lillian's meal looks good, but I could eat it about 10 times in one sitting, lol.

Whole grain noodles with a little olive oil; granulated garlic and oregano, chicken breast with salt free seasoning and mixed vegetables.
