Breakfast: 2 Yogurts, 2 Poached Eggs, 2 pieces of Toast, 2 Packets of Oatmeal, 2 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 Apple, 1 Yogurt, 1 Hard-Boiled Egg, 1 cup of Salad, 1 Ham/Pepperoni/ Salami w/Cheese Sandwich.

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice TV Dinner (Country Fried Chicken).

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 5 Bottled Waters

I think I'm coming down with something. I felt crappy; I think I literally worried myself sick.

Snack: 4 Yogurts, 1 Pint of Halo Top Ice Cream.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice Steamer TV Dinner (Chicken Sesame).

Miscellaneous: 1 Bottle of Gatorade, 1 Hot Tea.

Exercise: 2 Hours of Walking.

Still a little sick, the Doctor said it could be a viral infection. I tried to take it easy today, though I did take the dog for a longish walk since I missed our nightly walks.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Dinner: 1 Triple Prime Bacon Cheddar burger w/Fries, 1 Piece of Key Lime Cake all from Ruby Tuesday.

Miscellaneous: 2 cups of Diet Orange Juice, 1 20 oz. Cherry Coke.

Exercise: 1.5 Hours of Walking.

Wow, I definitely over did it. I know it was a cheat day but still. I would have walked more and I'm starting back on the normal qalk schedule since my dog is doing better but it started pouring down rain right in the middle of the walk. I'm sick of the rain!

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice TV Dinner (Chicken Parmesan).

Miscellaneous: 3 small bottled waters.

Exercise: 2.5 Hours of Walking.

Since it was Memorial Day, I had the day off. Unfortunately I paid for Sunday given the fact I gained 3 lbs!
 
I'd be really surprised if you gained 3 pounds in one day! I bet those extra pounds will be gone sooner than you think!

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1.5 pieces of Grilled Chicken, 1 bowl of Linguine w/ Marinara Sauce.

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4.5 small bottled waters, 1 Hot Tea.

Estimated Calories: 2600

Exercise: 3.25 Hours of Walking.

The weight crept up again. The good thing is I'm back on my walking routine.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice TV Dinner (Country Fried Chicken).

Miscellaneous: 6 bottled waters, 1 cup of Ginger Ale, 1 Hardywood Singel, 1 Bud Light, 2 shots of Gentleman Jack Whiskey.

Estimated Calories: 3000

Exercise: 2.5 Hours of Walking.

I went up quite a bit int he calories, mainly because I went to a meetup and drank some against my better judgement lol.
