30 ounces of Spaghetti LOL, yeah that's what a guy who eats 5000 calories has for lunch

whole grain pasta, 96% lean beef, organic sauce with no added sugar or salt

997 calories

I might have an apple too

Too make calories easier, why not drop down to 85-90% beef? Just a consideration...
 
Sweet. I had ALL YOU CAN EAT PIZZA AND SALAD.

I think for lunch today I'll get Subway and get a triple veggie and triple meat salad. haha...meat salad. I think meat is such an ugly word and a wonderful food.

They have a new chicken/pepperoni sandwich that is noice! Pizziola or something.

Breakfast:

Several glasses of water first thing w/fiber supplement

1 Large Grapefruit (100c)
4 Fish Oil Caps
2 99.9% Lean Ground Turkey Breast Burgers (120c each, 50g Protein)
Homemade NPB/Oatmeal/Cinnamon-Raisin/yogurt-Shake (yogurt is home made) (525c) (about 40g carbohydrates)
Multi-vitamin


Lunch (Upcoming):

2 99.7% lean Hamburgers (4 oz each: 340c, 44g Protein)
1 Whole Wheat (dark) Pita Pocket (stuffed with the lean burger) (160c) (30g carbohydrates)
Mixed Greens Salad with Parmesan/Olive Oil (250c)
1 large glass of Skim Milk (2 cups 120c)
3 Fish oil Oil caps
Large glass of water w/fiber supplement
1 large banana (about 110c)

1 snack in afternoon, Dinner, and 2 snacks (pre and post) forth coming (Leg and core workout day)

I really like this thread. gives me an idea what everyone eats and you can pull healthy food chocies from it.

Breakfast
1/2 cup of steel cut oats with tsp of honey and 1/2 cup of blueberries
glass of 1/2% milk, multi vitamin

Damn Chillen you take 7 fish pills in a day? I only take 2 which gives me 4 grams total.
 
I eat 4 grams of fish oil a day too.

For Boss's Day, me and the rest of the accounting team are taking our boss to Buca Di Beppo. I see a lot of pasta crap on the menu, but I reckon a big ass ceasar salad will taste lovely and be an okay replacement for my usual meal.
 
I had meat&potato pie,chips,peas and gravey with fish bits haha (i`ve been slating a roof today so i needed the energy)

Do you happen to know what's in the gravy, by chance? "Some" gravies, just by looking at them, can make one's arteries clog up.

No diet is perfect, but geesh, Marko :)

By the way, how are you coming along with your fitness goals? An update?

I'm house sitting right now so my diet is kind of strange. For todays lunch I packed a chicken sandwich on whole grain bread w/miracle whip light mayo. I didn't have enough turkey so I took a chicken leg and thigh, took the meat off the bone and made a sandwich. I've got some low fat wheat thins and about 30 or so grapes. In addition to that I've still got a couple of bananas to eat along the way. I only had one granola bar left so I've got it saved until tomorrow. That's it for todays lunch.

Krazy Kraken salad again today packed with chicken. My wife made a whole chicken last night and I took prolly 8 oz of it for the salad.

Also raw almonds, fish pill and water.
 
Breakfast:

2 beef sausages
bowl of oatmeal with mashed banana
8 oz protein shake
green tea
handful of supplements

Mid-morning snack: 1 cup of 2% cottage cheese and an apple

Lunch will be:

6oz bison sirloin steak
1 cup of pasta with 1/4c tomato sauce
2 cups of broccoli, cauliflower, sugar snap peas
1 tangerine

tons of water

Can't wait for mid-afternoon snack ... high fat yogurt (10%) with peaches and nectarines. That's my idea of candy!

My diet is so f**king boring. It amazes me why I don't get bored with it.
