Lunch

good God man. I guess if thats your best choice.

lol yup. Some of the food they serve is ****. This one time they served a slice of toast with tomato and cheese on top with fries. . . I also had root beer to drink. lol
Not complaining, just thought you'd like to hear. :D

you know what I want for lunch???? :D :newangel:

Oh! Oh! Does it involve whipped cream, handcuffs, and a lion tamer?

LOL, I believe it's just the simple amount of food. If I weigh myself in the morning after using the bathroom and in the evening right after dinner the difference is usually about 7 lbs. (my waist measurement can be close to 3 inches different as well) I do eat a shiatload of fiber, but certain parts of me thank me for that.

It's not so bad. I just wanted to be a crybaby for a minute

..and how do you know I don't have a cushioned ceiling?

Geesh, with the amount of calories you can consume due to your high metabolism, I can just imagine how the difficulty-o-meter would be lower when you learn how powerful the manipulation of macro-nutrients "become" when one wants to lower BF at the right time, and......learn the degree of carbohydrate consumption to eat (and remove), and play around with your glucose depletion and replenishment. Seriously, when one wants to get low BF (at the right time), its simply NOT ONLY about calories.

Well, you could forgo the padded ceiling and get toilet straps, and simply strap yourself in and hold on baby! :)

Best wishes

Lunch for me was pretty much a carbon copy of yesterday. Funny how I don't get tired of it, though:

6oz Strip Loin steak
3 cups of raw veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, sugar snap peas, grape tomatoes)
1 clementine
tons of water

gearing up for my mid-afternoon snack:

2 cups of yogurt (10% milk fat) with 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries. Yumm.

I'm with you, I eat the same thing almost every day, never get tired of it. I switch up evening meals though, so I guess that's where I have my fun.

I really like meat :) I could eat meat all day.

I like fruits and veggies, too.

I also try to kick things up at dinner time, although it's still basically the same as every other day ...

I love taco pizza! as long as it's from Pizza Hut. It's so bad I haven't had any in a long time. I've never had any from a cafateria that tasted good though.

I eat the same lunch practically every day and don't get tired of it.
Sandwich on wwbread: deli turkey, slice of cheese, spinach, red onion, and homegrown tomatoes on it and a piece of fruit, today was a cup of red grapes.
