Weight-Loss Lose'n it in September

Weight-Loss
Weigh in for me is Monday, but I'm going camping this weekend, so I'm not expecting much of a loss. If I can stay the same I'll consider it a win.

I went running today and got 5.4 miles done. I'm happy with that. I feel like I'll be able to get a 10k in by the end of this month. That would make me happy.

Sep 1: 175.0 (21.9)
Sep 8: 174.5 (21.5)
Sep 15: 171.7 (21.1)
Sep 22: 172.0 (19.6)

My numbers for today are buggered. I went out and got ripped Friday and since then my numbers (both weight and BF%) have been all over the map. The morning after I was 170.0 and 17.5%! HAHAHA! I WISH! Next day 174, 20%. So I've posted an average over the weekend to kind of keep things in line. Regardless, I have had 3 days of 20% or less on the BF% reading so that's pretty sweet.

Good luck, everyone! Hope you all had a good week.

Monday, again.

Sept 1: 208.4
Sept 8: 209.2
Sept 15: 205.4
Sept 22: 206.6

I kind of had a blow out weekend. Partied hard all weekend. I'm sure that this is a over blown number and it'll be down in a day of two. In a way it was so worth it. even though I'm behind in my losses.

Too late for me to join this challenge but wanted to pop in and say hello.

I have gained a few pounds back and am rededicated to calorie counting since portion sizes is my biggest issue.

So hi to all who know me!
And hi to those who don't!

Trops, sounds like you and I had a similar weekend. I could have been in more control of my food, but it was way easier to just go with the flow. Ah well, it'll come off in a few days I'm sure.

Sept 1: 192.2
Sept 8: 189.8 (190.2)
Sept 15: 188.7 (188.2)
Sept 22: 189.8 (186.2)
Sept 29: (184.2)

Heh, heh. I don't think I could have been in less control. Gotta motivate myself to hit the street and run.

Well, I managed to knock off the extra weight that I picked up from my previous weekend, so here are my standings:

Sept 1st - 323 lbs
Sept 8th - 321 lbs
Sept 15th - 324 lbs (ouch)
Sept 22nd - 319 lbs

Unless I miraculously knock off 6 lbs before next Monday, I won't make my personal goal of 313 lbs. If I at least manage to maintain te current number or even drop a couple more... I'll consider the month to be a solid move in the right direction and look forward to the next one.

Yesterday I weighed in at 140.4.

I'm falling apart. I workout 5 days, but I can't stop binging. I've been binging since Sunday. I had a big mac and fries on sunday. the first time ive had a burger from mcdonalds since before march. I eat even though my stomach kills. I don't know what to do. I have no self control and no will power.

Just tossing that whole vegitarian thing out the window, huh? Hey, if you want a Big Mac then you should have one, but if you don't want one and still eat it, you have to start asking yourself some questions.

Started at: 176.4

Week 1 - 178.6

Week 2 - 179.1

Week 3 - 178.1 - I HAVE GAINED 1.7 OVERALL

Week 4 - WANT TO BE BACK AT START WEIGHT AT LEAST, SO HOPING FOR 1.7 LOSS THIS WEEK

My goal is to get to 10,000 jumps. Should take somewhere aroung 70 min, give or take. :driving:

The mere concept of 70 minutes of jump rope boggles my mind. Either I've led a sheltered existence, or you are just in way better shape than I will ever be...

First, I'm not there yet. Wednesday is the best I've done in decades, and that was 48 and a half minutes. Jumping rope is something that I'm good at. I wonder, though, if being good at it means that I can burn more calories at it, or am I just able to do it more effeciently, so I can go longer but not burn that much. I don't know if there is any way to tell. I just keep trying to do more and more.

Every pound counts. :cheers2:
