:jump: 8200 jumps tonight. I'm going to make that 10,000 jumps next week most likely.

Nice job! I fell hard today, and I'm going to have to reapply tomorrow. Maybe I'll get some cycling time in and shoot for over thirty miles. I'll need it to make up for today...
 
I had a pretty crummy Saturday too food-wise. Today I'm back on the wagon. Started the day out with a 35 minute job and eats have been fairly good. Except for that hald a small blizzard I had with my mom. But my intention is to not have any snacks at all today. If I can stay on track today and see the scale go back down a bit tomorrow then I've eliminated half of the damage I did yesterday. Much better than a full weekend of damage and needing monday and tuesday to fix it.
 
That's part of why I do like the Monday weigh ins. It can help keep you honest on the weekends. Keep clean the rest of today and tomorrow will be better. Also sets up for a good week.

I've really been hitting it hard all week. I only have a pound and a quarter to lose before Wednesday if I'm going to make my goal for the month. I might be able to do it. We'll see. Either way I'm real glad to be this close.
 
I weighed in, and was higher than Friday due to stuffing myself last night and drinking some beer during the day. I've been up and down this month but the trend in maintenance.
 
Well, I managed to knock off the extra weight that I picked up from my previous weekend, so here are my standings:

Sept 1st - 323 lbs
Sept 8th - 321 lbs
Sept 15th - 324 lbs (ouch)
Sept 22nd - 319 lbs

Sept 29th - 317 lbs

Total net loss for September - 6 lbs I was hoping for 10 this month, but a 6 lb net is still a good thing. I

Karl, 6 pounds is really good, especially considering you ate that 2 pound cheese steak on saturday. Sunday's ride didn't hurt, though.

Going to post it here first, before my diary. I jumped rope 10,000 jumps tonight. :jump: one hour and nine minutes. I'm very happy. I'm thinking that if I'm good I'll make that 200 mark by Wednesday. :waving:
 
Completely forgot to weigh in....*sigh*

Okay, start weight was 342.2, end weight 336.6. Not quite the 335 I wanted to make it to, but not too far away either. :)

And 10.000 jumps? Sheesh....I'd be dead after about....uhm....5? *lol*
 
Today's the last of the month.
I weighed in at 145.8

Things arent getting any better so I'm not resorting to some help. It's called Rev XP. It's "the energizing fat burner". My binging is just out of control and I can't get a grip on it no matter what I do. I'm hoping this may help me out a bit.

Nah, I have to weigh in tomorrow because it's both of my kids' birthday. Barbecue and two cakes at Grandma's tomorrow. :willy_nilly: Definitely going to weigh in before that.
