I thought I'd go on the bike on Friday but it was Saturday instead. 30 minutes, resistence up to 2 1/2, while I watched a really terrrible movie; mostly in fast forward.

It's not that I ate terribly fattening food over the weekend, but I ate very different foods. I had some whole wheat noodles to use up, and I opened a pkge of low fat cottage cheese.

Sunday I took a gym class and then did 15 minutes on the treadmill; level 3 resistence and 3 mpg. I was so warm I had to stop after that!

I got a whole bunch of new energy bars at the local health food store and am kicking it off with a NuGo Free Gluten Free carrot cake bar right now !!!!

Going to take a Mega Mix class at noon at the gym; hopefully I can get out on time.
 
Oh, I forgot to say that I took out my Urban Rebounder and did Box and Bounce on Monday. Before the gym class.

October 27th

Did Turbo Jam's Cardio Mix #3 in the AM.


Wednesday
Oct 28

Did TJ's Punch KIck and Jab in the AM. At lunchtime, I took the Total Body Workout class with weights at the gym.

Ate a Mocha NuGo bar, and it was delicious !!!!
 
Time has slipped away from me!

Did TJ's Booty Sculpt with Abs (weights workout)
Stood a LOT at the Yankee parade

another 30 minutes on bike

15 ish minutes on elliptical (manual)
Took Interval gym class
22 minutes on treadmill
 
Monday, Nov 9th

Did Urban Rebounding's Interval training, about 35 minutes
Took the Mega Mix workout class at the gym during lunch
 
Tuesday, Nov 10th

TJ's Cardio Party (the original), with music pumped UP
(DH says the music reminds him of the Will Ferrel/Cheri Oteri Cheerleader sketch from SNL !)
 
Thurs Nov 12th

Did TJ's Cardio Remix, despite the DVD claiming it could not play; I just wiped it off and reinserted it.

Took Socca Aerobics at the gym during lunch, and an area in my legs now hurt; my right side more than my left ...

And i wanted to try Zumba tonite; guess that's not going to happen. And I imagine no Reggae Kick Boxing tomorrow either. :(
 
Friday the 13th

Leg doesn't really hurt but it doesn't feel 100% either, so nah, no workout this AM and nothing after work, either .... the money is whether or not I'm bike tomorrow !
 
I didn't bike on Saturday. :(

I took my gym class on Sunday, and did just 8 minutes on the elliptical before, and just 15 minutes on the treadmill aftewards.

Today I did not do any cardio in the Am but took my regular gym class during lunch.

I think I'm gonna be okay .......
 
Tuesday the 17th I did nothing.

My legs feel okay - not great - and now my bunion bothers me too. :( For no good reason, since I've not been exerting myself ....

I took my gym class during lunch, though.
 
Whoa ... haven't been here in a while !!!

I'm still exercising, though .... but not at home and at the gym on the same day.

Nov 19th - Thursday - did Turbo Jam dvd, not sure which one.
Nov 20th - Friday - did TJ weights video at home
Nov 21st - Saturday - went on bike for 30 minutes.
Nov 22nd - Sunday - took gym class, did a few minutes on the elliptical.
Nov 23rd, Monday - took gym class
Nov 25th - Wed - took gym class

My legs aren't hurting so I'm pretty happy. I had to cut down quite a bit on the cardio, though.
 
Don't know why I didn't exercise and shower on Thursday; too busy in the kitchen, I guess...

Anyway, Friday the 27th I did a TJ weight workout - 3T, iirc.
Saturday the 28th I biked.
Sunday the 29th I did a TJ cardio workout, then shopped from 11 to 6 PM !!! Lots of walking !
Monday the 30th I took a gym class - Kick Some Abs - which was more calisthentics than aerobic, though.
 
I heard that my gymn was NOT closed on Sunday of Turkey weekend; and I didn't appreciate the fact that I missed a really good gym class. :(

Tues the 1st
Had both early and late appointments, so it was a day "off".

Wed the 2nd
Took gym class

Thurs the 3rd
One of the TJ Cardio Party dvd's. (It was so memorable, sarcasm intended, that I forgot ...)

Fri the 4th
Weights workout at home - Turbo Jam's Lower Body Jam, about 30 minutes, with 10 lbs arm and leg weights


Dunno what the weekend will hold - I'm sneezing .....

I got a cold and was sick for forever, maybe longer !!!
