I am so ****ing weak
Been working with the same weights for a year. Even people who lift less consistently than I do get stronger. I am damned.

you just have to change it up a lot i guess. your body isnt broken or anything man, you just have to find a way over this freaking plateau. never give in!

Brazilian jiu jitsu, a submission grappling sport. Gi and no-gi is just with or without the traditional kimonos. The latter would just be in rashguards and shorts.

I prefer nogi due to the faster pace, more natural feeling, feeling less overwhelmed by the variables (gi would utilize choking someone/gaining position and leverage through manipulation of the clothing), and all around more fun.

Er, thanks. Really though, the deading sucks because I'm at home and need to be careful with not cracking the floor. Also, I'm detrained and it feels awful.

Nah, laminate. But I've chipped it before when drunk and dropping from OH presses.

I've spent the last couple of days snowboarding. My legs are stiff and my knee is a little messed up, but I had a great time.
 
Well as large as you need them to be. If you bought a sheet of ply then you got cut that bad boy in half and use the two halves. By the thickest sheet you can. Just buy a **** grade it will be fine.
 
I might look into that but as it is now I don't do too much heavy lifting at home. I usually go to the gym where I can throw around anything I want
