Been pretty busy this last week with school and whatnot. I've been doing some ring work when I have time, mostly getting better at muscle ups. I can do about three in a row, although it's ugly. Would be able to get more if I could somehow hold on to the false grip.

Private jits lesson.
Swiss ball work-
1.) transitioning, sprawling
2.) toriando passing
3.) leg over bounce off
4.) back roll
5.) transitioning without touching the floor
6.) wheelchair
7.) all kinds of stuff. Get inventive
Half guard pass-
1.) Someone goes to paragon, let them get leg. Hook and stuff head, shoulder heavy into throat. With free hand, hook under their legs, pass.
2.) Someone has underhook. Cut knee through, step over. STAY TIGHT. Or they will take the back. Get hip to hip. Hook leg. Pass through to reverse mount. Reach behind to hook arm, go to side control. Or, if you have the other arm hooked, go to side and take the back.
Head and arm back escape-
1.) Opponent has seatbelt grips. Fall to the side of arm under yours, get to side. Opponent switches hands for head and arm choke. Let opponent situate himself, by getting low into side control, parallel to your body. Then back roll, take opponents back. Wait for right time. If executes too early, you are in a ****ty position.
RNC defence-
1.) old school ****. Reach arm over head like you're trying to grab the other ear. If done correctly, opponent won't be able to slide his hand through your shoulder/neck for a choke.
BdTriangle defense-
1.) Defend choke, clear hooks. The best defense for this is to just not get in it. When in turtle guard, get to the back then opponent is trying to seatbelt and pull you up.
