Wow ... some GREAT progress this week. As I mentioned in my journal, my scale is OOO until the end of this week and I really don't want to weigh on another scale because I think that'll just skew things. Based on how my slacks fit this morning, I think I may be down a pound from last time, but I don't know for sure. I'll weigh in next Wed for sure. :)

i managed to loose 1 pd this week...its something huh?? to me, the challenge is all about getting those wheels moving again, ya know?

How'd the rest of us do???

It's winter now in this part of the world; too much eating and not enough exercise this week although I did go rollerblading...

How can I calculate the percentage drop on my own please? Don't know the math formula.

Congrats on the loses to everyone! The way I figure out is by using this equation:
current weight X 100 / previous weight - 100 = percent lost/gained

I'll be weighing in on Thursdays from here on out so that I don't lose my "sticker shock" on my normal weigh in days. I hope that's okay. I'll post after weigh-in in the morning.

Like I said before, I'll start weighing in on Thursdays. This may have altered my weight slightly this week due to the change of weigh in day. I lost a total of 1.56%! I can't wait until I'm under 250lbs. I'm hoping to report that I accomplished that next week.

I have just recorded another loss, I am sticking to the same scales i started the challenge with but they are different to the calibrated competition scales i weighed in on at the Australian Titles.

No loss this week; received tragic news last Thursday and haven't exercised since, getting back into it though.
