No cheats on the weekend here either, and for the first time in weeks, a bit of a drop in weight! ;)

Of course not having anything like 4th of July BBQs helped a great deal! :Angel_anim:

If I did my math correctly, then I lost 2.24% of my body! I finally busted through my plateau! I was stuck between 262-265 for like 5 weeks so I'm glad I'm losing again. Has anyone tried the Turbo Jam rotation? That's what I did to bust through this plateau and it's obviously working.
Congrats to all the losses this week. Good luck to everyone for the upcoming week. Remember, if you get discouraged during a plateau or weight gain, make sure you're doing your body measurements also. You may be gaining muscle and losing inches :)

haha...you had a good week too. If I remember reading the challenge right, we're going by percentage, which means the less you weigh, the less weight you have to lose and still have a decent percent loss. Correct me if I'm wrong but you still lost 1.68% if my math is right. You're doing great! Keep it up everyone!:hurray:

Looks like we had alot of great losses this week!!! WTG all!! Me, on the other hand, I lost nothing this week...i blame it on letting the 4th become a weekend long celebration as opposed to one meal...its ok, this comming week will be better!! Its all about getting those wheels turning again!

Big weight loss this week Down to 81.2 (179 lb) on the scales I use for weigh ins at home for challenges. that is a drop of 2.6 kg (5.7 lb)

My losses recently have been VERY slow than all of a sudden Whoosh.
