Jan. 08 - 238.2 lbs (43.1% BF) (-7lbs) ; been keeping a really meticulous food diary, doing more exercise, no beer, crisps or fizzy drinks. Not sustainable long term though!
Jan. 15 - 230.6 lbs (41.6% BF) ; (-7.6lbs) ; had gout this week ; loots of weight loss due to not being able to actually do any cooking
Jan. 22 - 227.6 (38.9% BF) ; (-3lbs) ; gout a little better this week - returning to normal diet
Jan. 29 - 224.8 (36.5% BF) ; (-2.8 lb) ; maintained discipline and didn't eat too much rubbish
