I know I missed last week, but I did weigh myself, just was too busy to post, RL is being a major b!tch.
Jan. 01 - 283.6
Jan. 08 - 288.6 (+5)
Jan. 15 - 285.2 (-3.4) guess all of it was not water weight
Jan. 22 - 280.2 (-5) (I could not believe this, I had to weigh myself again, then again after I ate something, after I ate it went up about 1.8lbs, so this really was my weight, yippee!! you guys cant see me but I am doing a happy dance, cutting back on my coffee from Dunkin Donuts everytime I go to work seems to be working.)
