I know this is a day early, but I weigh myself a on Fridays instead of Saturdays.

I dont think a few sleeping hours will make that much of a difference, have to be out the house first thing in the morning, so here goes

Jan. 08 - 288.6 (+5) I really don't know what's happening, guess I really will have to stick to just drinking water and cutting down fruit juice to once a day and see what happens.

I had a pretty recent fluctuation that made my weight shoot up. Try a couple days with drinking a lot of water, and no caffeine. And of course, try to cut out salt.

Jan. 08 - 238.2 lbs (43.1% BF) (-7lbs) ; been keeping a really meticulous food diary, doing more exercise, no beer, crisps or fizzy drinks. Not sustainable long term though!

I still don't have that holiday weight gain off. I better start exercising more, I've been kind of lax about it plus I know I've been eating more than I should! Time to start losing wt again.

Worked out some and ate pretty good except for three meals. They weren't to bad by saturday nights dinner was way unhealthy but felt good to have a cheat meal.
