Im 28, I'll be 29 in March
 
i'm 16, 5'5, 205 lbs. not sure of my body fat, but my bmi is well in the obese range, which i'm working hard on changing. my basic goal right now is to lose 2-3 pounds a week until i am down to around 135-140, or a weight where i feel comfortable and look good. i'm actually quite muscular from dancing, there's just a considerable amount of fat on top of it.
 
I'm 18 yrs old, 150 lbs (I lost 12 lbs in a week.. I KNOW ITS GREATT!!!). I dont know my Body fat too, my BMI is over weight and my goal is 109 lbs and look FAB!! :p I dont have much muscles... and I love walking my dog!
 
female, almost 17 (this july...that counts as almost :p), 200 pounds as of monday (I lost five pounds last week...woo!), and I've no clue on body fat :p I'm still growing heightwise, I think, because I've grown a half an inch to an inch since last summer (that puts me at about 5'11" or 5'11 1/2"). My goal weight is to be 150-60 pounds, the added weight being muscle (I love weight lifting...) but I don't want to look like a plastic super anorexic super model barbie thing, nor do I want to look like a super buff arnold swartzenator (sp?) girl...*cough* :p
 
wow, there are a lot of youngins here *cough* Gram, Maria, Joanne, Mreik *cough* ;)

I may be getting old, but I can still keep up with them kids on the ball diamond :D
