How old are you?

Hi everyone...I'm new to this site.

I'm 26 yrs old (female)/ 5'3"/ 127-130 lbs/ 21% BF

My goal is to get down to 115 lbs and lower my BF%. I've been working out with a personal trainer for the past 4 months in order to reach my goal. :)

im 17 (18 soon) about 6' i think and i think im 133 lbs
dunno wot my body fat is, its not much. How can i work it out
im wanting to gain weight in muscle perticualy abs n pecs as well as biceps
 
wow those of you that WANT to gain weight are to be envied!! hehe

i don't weigh myself very often but i figure that is about what i weigh. dont know about body fat. the body fat thingie we have the gym is some rinky dink pincher thing. and no one seems to know where to measure. does anyone have any suggestions as to the best kind and can you tell me WHERE to measure the fat?

anyway i am a trainer at a circuit gym and so am pretty toned - for my age! oh how often do i hear that!! arent you only as old as you feel?? and besides - mirrors DO lie no matter what you've heard!!! hehe
 
I am 22, 6'0 and weigh somewhere between 135-140, not sure my body fat.... my goal is to tone up, loose some body fat.
 
ok lets give this a whirl i am in the uk so we go in stone but it works out as 14 Ibs to the stone so............22 ,5'7,133Ibs looking to gain 22Ibs.........dont know %bf but i dont think its very high
 
5'3" (i think the kid shrunk me!)

37yrs old (won't lie about my age cause im smarter now than then)

Main goal is to make sure the bod doesn't go to ground since the hubby's been deployed, or ever for that matter. The whole family starts off with bad knees ...the weight gain....diabetes...high blood pressure....then they start wacking pieces off...not me! Did i mention going blind ....too.
I have no clue what my bf% is but I was told once my BMI is 21.0

Besides even if my honey is 9 yrs younger...I plan to outlive him just to piss him off........teeeheeeeteeeheeee

my short term goal is to continue my daily workouts (weight training and cardio) and healthy eating.

my long term goal is to lose and tone up my thighs.. :)
 
:) Hi everyone. I'm new to this so bare with me. I'm 27, 5ft3in and currently at 138 pounds. My goal is 125. I guess I'm just looking for people to talk to that I won't drive crazy with the whole health thing.
 
hey i'm new here... i'm a 19 yr old female.
5ft 4in, 105 lbs and 9.6% body fat. goal to increase lean body mass to 100 lbs and keep BF around 10%.

24, 5'2 118lbs 21% bf last time I checked I want to be about 108 and 15% I am also having a battle with bad eating which causes laziness which causes bad eating ....... I am at least maintaining though. My goal is to drop the weight by august before I start school.
 
I'm 52 years old, female, 5"3", 110 lbs with 23% BF (at night) higher BF % in the morning. I only have a few words of advise for the younger females. Don't be to concerned about your BF %, you don't want it to get to low because of your bones. Keep taking calcium and when you get to be 40 (I know that sounds like a long way off) be sure and get a bone density test. If you eat right (veggies & fruit--stay away from the juke food as much as possible) you will help yourself in the long run. Keep exercising, especially strength training.
 
17 years old, 1.78 , 68 KG, dont know body fat %, my goal is muscles and running 5k lower then 21 minuts

Hi, im 15 , 5"4? 162cm , 48.3 kg and my b.f is 18.6% is that good or bad??

My aim is to tone my stomach and also is there any way to tone thighs?:confused:
