I'm 52 years old, female, 5"3", 110 lbs with 23% BF (at night) higher BF % in the morning. I only have a few words of advise for the younger females. Don't be to concerned about your BF %, you don't want it to get to low because of your bones. Keep taking calcium and when you get to be 40 (I know that sounds like a long way off) be sure and get a bone density test. If you eat right (veggies & fruit--stay away from the juke food as much as possible) you will help yourself in the long run. Keep exercising, especially strength training.
