How old are you?

Hi

To work out your body fat you need to find out folds of your skin
oyu get a number but im not sure how you work out the % i got mine from a booklet. I think you divide it by 1.5:confused:
The skinfolds are:
Subscapular skinfold (mm) - your shoulder blade
Suprailic skinfold (mm) - this is your waist
Triceps skinfold (mm)
Biceps skinfold (mm)

Add all these measurments together and i think divide by 1.5

Ok, since my post in October these are my #'s

27/ still female :) / still 5'3" / 143lbs / 23%bf

I'm going on a cruise in September so I'm trying to get my bf down to 19% by then. Pretty ambitious I know. I was thinkin about doing some 2-a-days.
 
Im 15, 5'8 and 104 LB
HELP ME GAIN POUNDS and POUNDS!!!!!...I have been eating chicken breast for about 2 weeks now and I still have not seen any pounds go up....and I work out for about 1 1/2-2 hours about every other day....im still at a 104
 
You're fifteen years old, you're still growing! Give it some time. You shouldn't be working out with heavy weights anyway... too much muscle growth can affect the way your bones grow.
 
I'm 37yo, 5'11", 185 and 7.5% bodyfat. I acheaved my goal years ago. Now I keep training as intense as possible 5-6 days a week and eat 5-6 healthy meals a day. In the summer I may drop a couple af pounds and 6.5% body fat. Good Luck to all!!! =^)
 
Alright, I'll bite.

I'm currently 19, 5'10", 165 lbs, and 8% body fat (a few months ago,anyways)

Two years ago I was 280 lbs and I-dont-know-what body fat. :D

I took up Muay Thai about a year back to maintain my weight loss and satisfy my violent urges, heh heh (and I highly recommend martial arts to those who want to maintain or lose). My goals are to drop down to about 4-6% bf and more importantly to be able to thrash my best buddy and sparring partner without having to hit him from behind with a sledgehammer.
