Hey man... Im curious about your measurements... Im 38, 5'10 and at 165lbs... with about 15lbs of fat to lose. A few years back i was lifting heavy and was cut at 8% and weighed 158... Im wondering what 185 lbs looks like on a frame like yours so that i have something to work towards. Care to post a pic on the thread over in weightlifing called "post your pics"? I'm 19 ... 5'10... 140lbs...22% bf...before you all throw something at me...im not here to lose weight, as you can tell by my name, I ama pastry chef, and although my body is fine now, even though i have never worked out, i want to incorporate healthy eating and exercise into my routine so the freshman 500 wont get me and 30 years from now, i'll still be healthy, which is rare in my chosen profession.
Hello all I'm new as well 48yrs 6' 2" 200 lbs trying to hit 190 to loose that last little roll but my body has other ideas I guess. For those who want to check their body fat I went to a Curves and they check it for me at 23.5% Don't know much about it but is that high for an old man like me??....m
Hello, I'm 18, 6'1" (female btw), around 170lbs, and I'm not sure how much body fat, probly around 20-25% maybe.
Not exactly looking to lose an extreme amount of weight, just wanting to feel fit & healthy. Mayve if I can get to around 150lbs (lose about 10kilo's) would make me pretty happy. I guess you could say that's my new years resolution haha.
Hey, 26 years old, male, 5'8" - 150 or so, not overweight but my bf% is higher than I want, thats why I'm here. So I run 3 days a week, lift three days a week and take one day off.
6' 0" / 212 lbs / 36" waist (dont know my body fat)
weight train six days a week, workin on a new schedule to incorparate cardio into my routine since I have bulked up quite a bit since I started lifting lol need to start workin on gettin cut
I am 5'9 / 225lb. I have lost 41 lb in the last 101 days. I plan on getting to 180lb and see where I can go from there. I lift weights 3 times a week, cardio 3 times a week and a day of rest . No clue what my body fat is.. but an estimate is like 30% plus minus 5.
I am a female I weight 120 and am 5'3. I want to lose about 10-15 pounds in 6 weeks. Do you think that this is possible? If so what excersizes and how much and how often do you recommend them for?
I'm a female...5'5", 125 lbs, no idea what my BF% is. Not sure how to figure that out. I go to the doctors in a few months, so I can ask then.
My goal is to lose fat and tone my whole body by July, which is when I get married. Hopefully, my goal is realistic, so I won't get too disappointed.
