How old are you?

Just curious. I just found this site and picked up some good info already.

I am 25 / 5'9.5" / 158-161lbs (probably just under 10%BF).

Goal is 175lbs. with less than 8% body fat.
 
Sounds like a good idea.

I am 26 / 6'3" / 215lbs 22%bf

Shorter term Goal is 180 to 200 lbs and 10 to 15%bf

Once I get that, I am sure there will be a second goal, but that is a huge improvement from what I was in February (270lbs and 39%bf).

I'm currently 25 / 6'1" / 180 lbs 17% bf

goal = 180 lbs and 12% bf ... my goal may change once I actually achieve it ...

Okay, I'll play - although don't you know you should never ask a woman her age OR her weight! ;)

I am 34 / 5'4" / 126-129 depending on the day and 23%bf

Don't really have a goal, because I'm pretty stuck at maintaining (very bad eating habits). Have two kids and a lot of extra tummy skin (BIG kids) - which won't go away with exercise :( without it would probably drop 3-5 pounds and some body fat ;)
 
I'm 15, 5'4, 125 lbs. I don't have a specific weight or body fat goal, but my general goal is to add some mass and drop a little bit of bf.



Actually, my main goal right now is to catch up my chest to the rest of my body. As of right now, I can curl as much as I can bench press. :eek:
 
Hey all, I am new here, I hope to learn some things.

I am soon to be 39/ 6'3" 233 lbs with NO IDEA what B.F.% I would venture a guess of 20-25%.

I recently lost 30 lbs and have kept it off for 8 months, my next level goal is not necessarily a weight loss rather a body reshaping.
 
I think BasketLady is right... I'm not too sure about putting my weight down. I know we shouldn't attach a number to our self-worth.... but it's soooo hard. Alright.... heres goes

26 - 5'3" - 150 27%

I'm just maintaining right now. ... of course it is my goal to be toned and cut and just to feel good!

Soon to be 28, 6' even, 300lbs, no clue on the BF%. Last time I was measured (skin fold method) I was about 19%, but prior to that around 25%. I think I am closer to the 25% or so now. I was about 10 pounds lighter when I measured 25%. Then again, I lost about 15lbs to get to the 19%.

26 years old, 5'3.5" (that half inch means a lot to me!!!), 117 lbs and ~13% BF!! Short term goal? See if I can get to 11% without a drastic carb-cutting diet! ;)

training couple of months....gone down 4 dress sizes - wanna be slim but not scrawny. doing lots of weights and getting nice shape now! need to get the fat off- not worried bout scales - then I'll be good! would like to be halfway to female b.builder physique.....
