I rarely have trouble meeting my minimums--I love food too much! I have more trouble staying within my upper range.
I just checked out my calorie intake for the day and I've got over 1100 cals to jam in for the rest of the day.
but I will not drop out of the challenge...Just pick up from here and move on.

I have to apologize in advance to my future team-mates.. I really fell off the wagon this past week, collecting no points at all.
I have been sick and fell into a self-pity at the same time... So I over-ate on most of the days and did not exercise for a full week.
I am just getting back to routine as of yesterday but my exercise minutes will not be enough to make 180 min, and my food calories were either too high or too low for the bonus... Oh, and I will have a gain this week as well...
All and all I did absolutely horrible... but I will not drop out of the challenge...Just pick up from here and move on.
Hope everybody is having a great day and wish you all "losing vibes" for tomorrow's weigh in.

I'm being nagged to get off the computer, so other people can use it for homework. Won't be able to check at work tomorrow, as I need to actually get work done.
