Congrats to everyone on this challenge. You guys did great and should really pat yourselves on the back!
Most people wait till the near year to make changes and all of you guys decided TODAY was the day you were going to do something about it. All of you should be soo proud. The holidays are a extremely difficult time to start ANY serious program. You guys have done so well.
