i've been busy.

ah hon don't do that to yourself. You know whatever gain happens is water anyway. Wait a few days after you're back on track.
 
Yup much of being healthy and hot comes from your diet - if that's good, you've an excellent foundation for working out. Great job :)
 
That's up to you - you could weigh yourself 3 times a week and take the average, or just weigh yourself once a week on the same day/time each week. It's up to you - just don't get obsessed with it and you should be fine.

how often should i weigh in:D

Monthly maybe? I dunno, I guess any time, as long as it's not that time of the month. Might skew things a bit there ;)
