hi. im christi. and this is my fitness diary

Good job Christi - keep it going...

You might want to invest in a pair of 8 or 12 or 15 lb dumbbells, as the exercises get easier for you. (Btw, lateral raises? thought you were doing front raises with the step up?)

i am doing frontals.
but when i do flys or lateral raises, i cant do them with tens.
I'm getting a new weight set for my birthday.

Try getting some protein in with every meal, babe.

Sorry if it seems like I'm nitpicking you, that's really not my intention and I hope I'm not making you feel bad!!

Lol.
at first i felt like thats what you were doing.
But not anymore.
and i know that you have the best of intentions

meal 4: [snack really] orange :D

I might start getting up and doing my workout in the morning. I really love not having to worry about it. (not sure worried was the term i was looking for)
I went on my jog around noon today, and I feel awesome. I've been eating good today too. I was going to make cookies, but I decided against that. I know that it's kill my diet for today, so I'll wait til tomorrow.
I really am feeling awesome today. I hope that I can stay this motivated, because it means a lot. Tomorrow is weigh in day. So, maybe I lost some. I'm not gonna let it throw me off if it doesnt.

I'm preparing my dinner right now. I won't be eating for another hour or two, but I have some turkey and potatoes, as well as come green beans. all in the right portions!
If fitday is calculating correctly, theres only about 400 calories in it. And i need some, because i'm only at like 600 right now.

There ya go girl! I knew you could do it. Keep it going one day at a time and before you know it the weight will be falling off. You seem to have really stepped it up the last day or so. I saw Derwyddons' post that she felt like she was picking and picking. That's kind of how I've felt too. We know you can do it and don't want you to give up. Keep focused on the food and the workouts. The running shoes, fitness equipment etc. are all good but the exercise and the food are where you've got to focus. And, it seems like your focus is really where it needs to be now. Good luck with it and if you have questions, ask. See ya, Greg

I worked out first thing when i woke up. I found that doing it this way gives me energy for the day, and I even want to do more working out in the evening. But, if I decide that I don't want to, it's no big deal, because I've already worked out.
I did a small one this morning. It targeted major muscle groups, and my body can feel it.

That's that thing for your abs right?
I have that. Havn't touched it in years though. I might start doing that again.
and yes. for now, i work out at home.
I should be joining a gym in january..that's gonna get me bitten by the cardio bug. Not that its a bad thing :D

January 15th.
people you have no excuse!! lol

yeah, i'll probably invest in one of those:]
hmm..lets see..pay day is...in 12 hours! yes. i'll be getting one

If you can do two such workouts in one day you might want to think about upping the intensity of one and just do that one. And beware of overtraining.

I need to get my workouts organized.
heres what i have right Now: mwf-cardio tths-strength training.
thats not organized!!
so, for now its a mess, but after christmas i'll have it all straight.
