Monthly maybe? I dunno, I guess any time, as long as it's not that time of the month. Might skew things a bit there ;)


haha never in my life will i weigh myself when its that time in the month.
i did it once..
and it made me 7lbs heavier.
i though i was gonna have a heart attack!
 
I personally find two weeks to be a pretty good interval. For pics, weighing and body fat measuring. You can often see observable results every two weeks. As they say, just don't become obsessed with it.

Weight is essentially irrelevant. What really matters is how much bodyfat you have. Unless you diet down to your ideal bodyfat % and you want to have less muscle..for whatever reason. I can't think of one other than anorexia, but I'll keep an open mind nonetheless. ;)

haha. I'm used to it.
and I don't have to worry about having a boy thats shorter than me :]
 
I'm at a plateau...
and I've been extremely frustrated, which is why I havn't been posting.
I'll try to get back into it
oh and I got a new piercing yesterdayyy:p
 
Confession

i was totally slacking. Today I went out to lunch with my Mom, whom I hadn't seen for a bout a month; roughly.
She told me I looked smaller all over :]
Talk about a motivator :D
So I'm back, clean.
other then the slice of pizza and 5 chicken wings that I had at lunch:p
 
Getting back into a diet is reallly hard for me.
I never should have let myself slack.
But, it's stopping me from losing weight. I'm not gaining any, but I'm not losing any either, and that's what I want.

So hopefully, me posting again will help me get ***** back in order.
And yes, I know that my diet sucks lately.

Food:
11AM: chicken and rice w/ water

530PM:cheese crisp & mac n hotdogs (Dad said I had to eat leftovers)

I'm going to have some popcorn later.
And I know I'm not eating enough, but when I eat bad, I eat less, which is why I havnt gained any weight.
:D

And I'm starting my workouts again. I'm going to do some calasthetics (sp?) tonight, but nothing too big.

-seated rotation 40x
-Bent over row 20@20
-side step lunge 2 sets/15
-horizontal bent over row 15@20
-pushups 5 (I'll get better)
-bycicle crunches 50
-plank 18 secs (will also get better)
-prone ext. 20


I havn't actually worked out for a while. I don't think that this is enough to make me sore in the morning, but I didn't want to do too much too soon. I'm doing a heavy leg workout on tuesday.
Tomorrow calls for cardio :D

slice of bologna
1 1/2 waffles w/ light margarine and light syrup
water


I'm going to the store today to get some eggs, those seem to work best for breakfest.

forseen meal plan for the day:
meal 2: peanut butter crackers
meal 3: bologna/salami/cheese sandwich w/ light mayo
meal 4: apple
meal 5: chicken noodle soup

800am: 1.5 waffles//itbsp margarine//.25 cup (serving) syrup//one slice balogna fried in water

1100am:sandwich; salami slice, bologna slice, (2) cheese slice, light mayo, wheat bread.

1230pm:chicken noodle soup

730pm:french dip from arby's//curly fries:rolleyes: //milkshake:rolleyes:


Not the best diet in the world, but not the worst one either. It's going to get better. I give myself a little bit of slack, but I should be doing this in the morning when I do.


I still have my workout to do tonight.
Don't know exactly what it will be yet.



and I'm so so so excited. One of my favorite shows, workout, on bravo, is coming back for its second season. Its amazing:D

obviously didn't get out running today. Within a few weeks, I'm going to get my Mom's eliptical. She was in a car accident in December, and it's too bumpy for her now. So, she bought a new treadmill. Im super excited. I hate running outside. Plus, the eliptical really is nice during arizona summers:p

I'm making chicken noodle soup today, so dinner will be yummmmmy!
That little period of time where i slacked off and ate fast food kind of hurt me. When I jumped on the scale the other day, I was unpleased to see that I was at 171. But I got on today, and I'm down to 169. I'm going to keep going.
I'm on a 21 day plan. I leave for california on the 18th of march. There will be disneyland, there will be hotel pool, and there will be beach.
I look a lot better than I did last time I went, But I still want to see how much I can improve before I go.
The good thing about my trips to Disneyland, is that I walk around all day, so I don't really have to worry about calorie intake. It all gets burned anyways. The bad thing is, I eat junk all week, and the first day back, it's really hard to get back to my diet.
nonetheless, I'm very excited.:D

Todays my day off, so I'm not eating as much. I slept til 12 :D
