I've been out and about, trying to keep moving. I had a sinus infection for a little while, thank goodness getting out and walking made it feel better. That kinda opened up the passages. My husband got the scale to work again, but I haven't really been that tempted to step on it (thank goodness) that's about the only thing I think I'm doing right this week.
I started some emotional eating today (damn hormones). I'm trying to keep it to a minimum, we'll see. I hope something happens soon so that my hormones will calm down and I can concentrate more on this challenge.
