I have a wicked head cold, so no gym for me. However, I got my 30+ mins of cardio by doing pilates and working on dance choreography this end. Damn.. I'm such a trooper! HA! Hope everyone is doing well today. :) Keep it up, team.

Thanks for the encouraging comments. :) I know I can do this because I have lost weight already and I just have to keep going.

I'm doing well... I started a new workout program this week and i'm totally psyched about it!

Go Smashin Pumpkins!!!! Were all going to do great on our weigh ins this week!

I hope you get better, I know how a cold/Flu can ruin a workout. Good Job keeping up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)
 
Ok I am kind of confuse about how to record the Week 2 Bonus Points. Do we put an * only or the we put an * and a +?
 
I was kinda of curious if we only get one bonus point this week because we have to post 5 out of 7 days. It didn't say we can only get 5 bonus points, for posting 5 days.

Howdy sorry for any confusion but but a * on the days you complete the bonus you only need 5 to get the "7"pts for the week.:)
The next bonus challange is only going to require 2 days because it's a toughy and once again you will get 7pts at the end of the week I am trying to keep it at 7pts for bonuses EXCEPT for week 8 will involve BIGGER bonus points :D! Also the max points a person can get is 7(bonus)+6(exersice)+2 for weightloss total 15!! Tammy

Hi team...Sorry to get MIA there for a little bit.

Here is my update, and I'm not really sure what the posting guidelines are.

I have a loss of 6 pounds.

I have been doing my exercise regularly minus the past two days.

I have been ingesting water like crazy.

I'm not really sure what to do here...

I'm glad you made it. Don't worry about being MIA the first week, you're here now and that is all that matters.
Congrats on the weight loss, every pound lost makes a big difference.

I emailed NiaPage to see if you could still put down your points for last week, I'll let you know what she says.
