Hey guys, sorry I've been MIA for the last 2 days. School is relaly stressing me out. I already have 4 exams next week and havent started studying for a single one:( The weight loss is going pretty well however and I have been keeping up with the exercise. I cant guarantee a big loss but hopefully I will lose something, even if its 0.5lbs. Hope everyone is doing well and once again, great job on the numbers from last week..lets keep the momentum going!!

I don't think I'm going to lose as much this week as I did last week, but I think I will lose some.
Master of June- just edit your original post for all the stuff you did week 1 and it will count.
 
Hey everyone. I hope all of you had a great week. Sorry I haven't gotten on much this week, we went out of town so I didn't make all my bonus for the week :(. I did lose 2lbs. though....YAY! Keep up the great work everyone!

Hey there MasterofJune, Its basically a group challange to loose weight. You support, you comment, you share your weight loss adventure. There is also Week Bonuses, Each week is different from one another. The more pounds you loose (Percentage wise) the better for the team.

Down two pounds!!

Congrats everyone on the weight loss.

I think its going to be the hardest challege yet for me to not step on the scale every day!
 
I don't have a scale, but I weighed on Friday, and my loss was another four pounds. So thats 10 pounds in a week and a half.

I had a rough week and the problem was that I didn't eat much for four days.

I know it wasn't healthy but I did weigh in at the Doc's office so he is fully aware of my problem last week, and I have since corrected it.

Wanted to let you know.

Hope I am doing this right.

Howdy everyone I am working on TOTALS and I don't have everyone alos if you didn't have 5 of these***** you didn't qualify for the bonus points you had to cheer team on 5 days out of ther 7.Also I can't give +2 points for weightloss under a 1/2 lb BUT that goes also for weight gain as well I don't subtract 1pt for weight gain of 1/2 lb or LESS.GL and get your totals in please. DONT FORGET TO RECORD YOUR WEIGH IN.

Hi everyone!

Sorry I've been a bit MIA... I've been really really sick with the "red villain"... I've still been exercising and eating healthy throught the pain... Just have been kind of non-functional since.

I lost another pound this week... now that the "red villian" fiasco is over I should drop a bunch more this week... at least i hope LOL

I hope everyone is doing great!
