Congrats Zenthae, thats awesome! Well this week is actually going quite well. I am hoping for a bigger number than the ones ive been getting for the last 2 weeks. Good luck to everyone and great job to everyone with the weightloss.
 
I am down 3lbs. this week. I am at an even 200! I am so excited. I can't believe it!!! Congrats to everyone on their weight loss!

Need to make sure you put your bonuses where they go and the correct amount being 7 also don't forget your weigh ins.I need a few more people to add totals

I'm sorry I don' understand your comment. Isn't it one * for 30 minutes exercise and * for the days challenge is completed?

To makeit more clear this week did the challenge all week worked out only 3 days. The week before challenge complete worked out 4 times. The other weeks I have no clue so you can discount them if you like. I'm doing the challenge for fun and for myself not for a post card, lol.

Boam46 aka Jenna is away for a couple days. She's taking her LSATs, so she isn't MIA like a FEW others. :D I felt the need to clear that tid bit of info. As for the rest of you, congrats with all of your achievements. (weight loss as well as bonuses and getting exercise in. :)) Good luck with this upcoming week, everyone!

N/P I am glad your doing it for YOURSELF we all are!! I was saying for the bonus points your alowd 1 per day and thats *x7 and for the exersices is +x6 so we can have a rest day. O fixed it so no biggie

Sorry guys for not updating yet, but I just did. I was helping build a habitat house yesterday.
I did HORRIBLE this week. I am way too addicted to soda. I did some all the exercise for didn't eat great. One I day I managed to get a 5.5 mile walk in, and I was carrying my child the whole time.

Congrats on the weight loss this week everyone, I saw some good numbers up there.

Hey guys, just wanted to check up on everyones progress. You are all doing so great!! I have not been able to post for a while due to midterms which are still happening this week but I am definately going to step it up on the food intake although my exercise is going pretty well. Anyways good luck to everyone for tomorrows weigh in
 
Only 1lb. down this week. I was doing so good.... I don't understand but I guess a 1lb. lost is better than a 1lb. gained...lol. I hope everyone had a good week. I wish I could post more throughout the week but I have been extremly busy especially with the kids and school, homework... all that good stuff. Good luck on all the weightloss. We can do this!!! :jump:
 
.5 down. :( Anyways, .5 is better than nothing. I did perfect on the Bonus week though. :)
