That's RIGHT!!!I'm in the same mood as you SweatPea- according to the scales, I gained 1 lb! I don't get it!! I was almost at the point of tears this morning . . ALMOST, before collecting my thoughts and being rational about it. But still . . it so SUX -I have been working my @ss off for the past 3 weeks, working my way to a healthier (and HOPEFULLY slimmer) me but the scale is not cooperating. I know, I know, its only one tool to measure, but that does not change the fact that after 3 weeks I think I actually hate it. I'm seriously considering stepping on the scale once every 2 weeks or even monthly at this point.
I'm not sure if this is a kinda of plateau, or my calories are too high (I eat between 1300-1600 a day), or what. I have been gettin my cardio in 5-6 days a week for 30-45 each session, and adding floor/strenght exercises about 2-3 times a week too.
Let there be no doubt, I am pretty MAD at the SCALE, but am not using that as an excuse to relapse- I have still lost weight and have made healthier changes and choices since starting in August. I WILL see this THRU- screw that flippin' scale!

You have done an amazing job thru-out this whole thing. And your attitude is the best. You know that you have made positive choices/changes and that is what really counts right now.
So I will say it again..........

Just keep going with what you have been doing.
