YAY, I can't wait till tomorrow!! Plus my measurements of inches lost is due tomorrow too!
i will try to update as soon as I can, but Hubby and I have all kinds of running around to do tomorrow and Sunday, so I might be a little late with my stats.

I had a strong workout today. I notice my flubby arms are a little smaller. WOOHOO. I am so excited to weigh-in tomorrow. I hope all this exercising will pay off and I will see a good loss tomorrow. I think when I hit a loss of 50 pounds I will post pictures. Good luck!

School and work finally got the best of me. I missed exercise 2 days this week :(

I have an essay due tonight for school. Hopefully I can squeeze some exercise in afterwards. I played around with photoshop the other day. If anyone wants the Caspers picture on my signature, here's the link:

Well I lost a 1/2 lb. So I guess that's progress in the right direction. Good luck everyone!
 
155!!! Loss of 1.4 lbs. Although I expected a hair more loss I am a happy camper!!! I am only 10 lbs away from my goal!!! YAY. And it seems the saying that the last 10 will be the hardest is going to happen to me. I keep losing less and less per week. Just during this challenge the first week I lost 2 lbs, second week is 1.6 and now 3 rd week is 1.4 . That is why I set a realistic goal of Christmas to reach my 145. I think that is pretty doable.

Hope you will all get good results.

PS: Congrats sweetpea!! You know since your scale is not so accurate it could be almost a 3/4 lb loss and it would still say .5 lb.

Thanks Hajni for your expert advice. I'm thinking of getting a new scale. :) At least one that counts in tenths!
 
I lost 2 pounds! Maybe I will make it to my challenge goal by the end of this. Congratulations everyone. Talk to you later....off to soccer games.

Well .. . I am surprised, not necessarily disappointed, but surprised that
I am exactly the same that I was last week. It's not a gain and that is great, but I ate within my points allowance and got more exercise than ever and also had 30+ oz of water a day. Could just be my body getting used to all the activiy, maybe my portions not as accurate as I thought- who knows.

But I am not upset- disappointed that I didnt get the +2 points for a loss.
I did get all the points for exercise and not stepping on the scale all week tho.
Next WILL have a loss for sure!

I am as surprised as you are. Reading your diary sure suggest weight loss for this week. Maybe you just caught a "high" day? I admire your attitude towards this though!!! You do not let this get you down and you will just keep going.. that is exactly why you will succeed at the end!! You have so much positive vibe here and in your diary, it is really uplifting!!!! Thank you so much!!!

Guys im so sorry I didnt fill my stuff yesterday we had a small family emergency,

Our BIG cat Murphy could not be found

This is my sisters cat he is the biggest cuddle bug but also the biggest chicken. Well after doing a cat count. We couldnt find murphy. We are having construction done on our house and we already had to take a wall down that had just been put up to get murphy (and two others) out. Well we spent all day yesterday banging on walls, tearing apart the house, checking vent, laundry baskets, drawers, behind and under everything we could think of. We then came to the fact that murphy had to have gotten outside that morning and he did through our back door screen which the dogs manage to pop out. He is no outdoor cat he is scared of his own shadow. I was in tears We searched backyards, under decks, shed, bushes, up in trees. No murphy. I called every vet, rescue and clinic in town I could think of so ask if someone might have found him but they were all closed. I hung up signs on our street. and walked around the block at 1 in the morning. I sat on my back step most of the night. My sister worked the 6-6 at her diner so she came home. She was calling to him and started crying (this is her baby) I was trying to calm her down. (this last part happened 20min ago) she went back out front and then screamed to me "he is under their shed." I had to ask are you sure cause I had just checked the nieghbors shed the day before. But he was :] we ran over jumped the fence and prayed that their four monster labs wern't out and had to dig behind the shed to be able to see and coax murphy out. He is now back inside after about 24hrs of life in the wilderness. He was hungry dirty but just happy to be inside. and as cheesy as it might sound out of the storries he is curled up with my sister right now sleeping.
 
Yarmiah, I must've read something wrong, guess I thought you had recorded a loss. You are still doing really good with all your planning and eating and exercising!

Laura, I'm glad you found the cat.

Yesterday I went with the ladies from the church to a historic tourist site and though it was interesting to a point, I was pretty gourd. So needless to say I kept poking fun at my friends. I don't know if they will want to be my "friends" anymore after yesterday (I think even Bell got a little miffed at me, just a little.) ;)

So it was a lot of walking around, but mostly at a snails pace so it wasn't like it was exercise. I didn't count my cals, but I couldn't have done too bad. I will write more in my journal.

The challenge this week won't be too hard for me because I hardly ever have fast food, but I do like a diet soda now and then. And yes I know all the "bad" things that are said about it - but that's my vice. I will give it up for this week, of course if it weren't for Bell yesterday I would've forgotten about it until it was too late!

This week's challenge won't be too hard for me. Since I don't eat meat I have no desire to go McDonalds and the like places, in fact I have been living here for the last 7 years and I have not been to McDonalds, Burger Kings, Wendy's once.Also if we don't count the 100 calorie packs and 100 cal ice creams as junk food (per Tammy's rules) than I don't eat junk food either. I don't drink sodas at all for years now. So TEAM you can count on me for this week, to get all the bonus in plus the extra 10 points!!!
Hope we all do good this week!!! Here is to another "big loser" week.
I forgot i had TOM yesterday so my weigh in was effected by it. This morning I was 1 lb less then my weigh in yesterday!!! YAY!! Now I just have to keep it off till next week!! :)

This weeks challenge wont' be too tuff, as I eat little true junk food, opting for the low cal versions. But I will miss my diet soda :(. I don't have them daily, but I do have a few a week, and when I want one, I really want one! Ahh the sacrifices we must make for our team mates :rofl:.

Hey Team mates! Just wanted to say I think we are all doing super! I've been reading through our threads and we are a great support group.

I think we are still missing a few weigh-ins this week, but it seems like the weekend is slow around here.
