Weight-Loss Halloween Challange: Caspers Countdown

Weight-Loss
Hi Caspers, just checking in!!
TOM found me this morning, but I did not let myself detered. Just finished my 1hr20min exercise, burning 750 calories. Right on track with food too so far. I still have laundry to do and only 1/2 of my cooking is done and my house needs serious picking up.
Have a great week, I am so not looking forward to working tomorrow, but it has to be done, so might as well go with the flow.

The quote below is my favorite. I used to have it in my siggy, but took it out after the Hallow. chall. started.

Hello Team Caspers!
Just checking in. Been a pretty relaxed day: had breakfast, went to church, watched a little football but when I found out Baltimore was not playing till 4pm, I went grocery shopping, just got finished dinner and about to head out for a brisk walk with the dog and kids.

Hope everyone had a great weekend and will check in tomorrow!

Hi Caspers,
Happy Monday morning!!
I just posted a Question to Tammy on the week 3 challenge bonus tread.
If i understand it correctly, we are going to have 6* but still receive 7 points for it. since we had to weigh on Sat and weigh in next SAt. it is only 6 days in between!!.
ok, now I am going to update my stats.
Have a great day and keep on going strong!!!
I have not seen the second week's points anywhere yet, did I miss it?

Hello all - good question Hajni!

I just finished my workout - oooh it burns!

I so can't wait until this weekend weigh-in. I'm totally committed this week. Of course Wed. I'm taking Bell out (shhh don't tell her I told you, but her bday is coming up - it's not Wed. though it's like Sunday!)
And I've been looking at menus just so I don't blow it!

Hi everyone. Nice post Hajni. I hope our other 2 members come back and update.

I have been exercising everyday. But I NEED to see what the scale shows. I am going through such withdrawel I don't know if I will make it. I must think about weighing myself about 20 times a day. I will be strong though...for my teammates. I am concerned because TOM will be arriving next week some time and I usually gain some water weight. I will hope and pray I don't.
Good luck everyone!
Cathy

Hang in there F2F! Think of stepping on the scale as a reward after a weeks hard work.

Aye thanx for the update on the Team, Haj.

As for me, I walked up to school and back, took a nap and then hopped on the NT for 30+ minutes. :)

Maybe we should hunt down the other 2 members and drag them back in here? LOL

JK!

Well I just super-cleaned my bathroom, I wonder how many cals that burned?

HERE ARE THE TOTALS OF WEEK1&2 as it stands of now STILL NEED A FEW MORE PEEPS STILL SO COULD CHANGE.
HOUSE ON WEIGHTLOSSHILL-247
SMASHING PUMPKINS-218
CASPERS COUNTDOWN-197
TEXAS SCALE MASSACRE-195
HAJANI I keep the points pretty simple with a MAX pts of 15 a week that includes 7 for bomus and 6 for exersice and 2 for weightloss. So every bonus week will have a total of 7pts execpet for WEEK 8 and I will explain when we get there. Also keep in mind your team can win for the highest percentage lost in weight at the end.

I am so with you on feeling the need to weigh. I feel like the 213 I saw on Saturday must have been a figment of my imagination. I so want to see where it is at!!!!!!! but I am hanging tough!

Ok, I think the scale thing is going easier!!! I usually jump on when I get home and I always jump on the one in the gym before my class. I skipped both and I was ok with that, no urge or anything. Maybe this challenge will do me some good and stop checking that scale every 5 min. LOL
Anyway, I think I did good on exercise today, I got to the gym early and just got on the elliptical and read my book, got 35 min done, then 35 min boot-camp, and I already had a 40 min walk on my treadmill today too.
Eating was good also.
Week 3 Caspers!! We made it to the 3rd place, we only have to climb two more places, plenty of time!!!

Go-go-go-go!!!
Hajni

Ok guys hope everyone is going strong
just got back from an hour at the gym a very good hour.

Lets do this guys

Hi Team,

Just checking in this morning, time for the quote for the day.
How are you all doing?
I feel bloated and the pants that were fitting me last week are too tight this week. I know it is only water weight, but I am ready for it to go away!!!

Have a great Tuesday, only 4 more days and I can look at my scale again!! YAY.

ME TOO!! I hope it goes away before weigh in. I have been getting up to go to the gym at 5am. It was hard the first 2 days, but it has gotten easier. I did 10min on the treadmill to warm-up. Then I did upper body for weights and then went to the eliptical for 30 minutes. I need to take pre-exercise pictures so I can see a difference later.

Have a great day!
Cathy

Good Afternoon Caspers!

HOpe that everyone is having a wonderful day. As I did yest, I walked my one daughter to school and back, with the dog as well. Then shortly after gettin home, I got on the NT and did my 30+ minutes. I was excited that I was able to get some more music on my iPod- it was gettin pretty repetitive. I have been lacking in the fruit department, so I eating some cantalope with lunch as I type this :D.
I also hope all you scale watchers are fighting the urge to sneak a peek- only 3 mornings then you can step on it!!!

In regards to losing weight slowly, I found this for my quote of the day:

I miss my scale... LOL never thought i'd say that
