New years Resolution !!!!!!!!!!!!

Well sorry for not replying and posting I have been real lazy lately but thought the new year is a great idea to get back into it, I didnt have a over indulgent christmas with all the food, so i am happy with that...... So I will be starting my diary off again on Monday (right now is it friday at 10:00pm) .. So i will be looking forward to posting and checking out the neat advice again.. Sorry again, I hope there is still help for me out there.. :eek:

:) You go girl! there's always support here, and even if one is not on the board all the time, if one subsctibes to the thread, one can pop in and out.

Oh thanks guys :)... I will do my bestest this time, and I have even organised for me and my cousin to start walking together as she has just had a baby and wants to start loosing some weight too, I have told her about this website so hopfully she will join aswell.
 
Monday the 31st

Went for a 3o min walk (to take kids to school)
Breakfast: 2 apples and 2 cups of hot water

Snack: Rice crackers with ham, cheese and tomato
1 Bottle of water

Went for another 30 min walk

Lunch Heat and eat macoroni and cheese
1 bottle of water
1 apple

Snack: 1 apple
2 chocolate biscuits :( :( :"(

Dinner: 2 homemade burgers ( Bread, lettece, tomoto, egg, ham and cheese pattie)
1 bottle of water

Exercise: 20 leg raises, 20 sit-ups, 20 leg lifts (right leg) 20 leg lifts (left leg)
 
I will add my weight , height and measurements, so you guys can get a mental picture on what i have to work with lol..
FIRST MEASUREMENTS ON THE 1ST OF FEB.SECOND ON THE 25TH MARCH 2005
HEIGHT ..... 5"7 SAME
WEIGHT .... 79 KILOS
AGE ....... 27 SAME
MEASUREMENTS ......
CHEST ..... 38" 35.5"
WAIST .... 35" 30"
HIPS ...... 41" 38.5"
INNER THIGHS .. 28" 22.5"
CALVES .... 15" 14.5"
UPPER ARMS .... 12" 12" (NO CHANGE)

SO THATS MY MEASUREMENTS, If you have any ideas on what exercise would suit me best then please leave your comments here.. Thank you

Tuesday 1st of Feb

Breakfast: 1 apple
1 protein shake
1 cup of water
1 green tea

Snack: 1 little cup of tea, with 2 shortcake biscuits

Lunch: 1 ham sandwich
another apple

Dinner: 1 pattie sandwich
1 cup of water
and yes another apple
1 green tea

Exercises: 20 leg Raises, 20 sit ups, 20 leg lifts (right leg) 20 leg lifts (left leg)
 
well as usual I had forgotten what i had to eat by the time it comes to posting Arrrrrrrrrrr. Thats why i ended up not doing my diary, but i no that i was keeping on track on my eating except for a few little chocolate biscuits that had seemed to jump in my mouth lol, but apart from that i was good with my eating, and um i cant really say much about the excersing tho, i dont think i did any .. apart from cleaning lol
 
Saturday 5th of Feb

Breakfast: Um nothing as I had to start work at 8am, and didnt have time to get anything to eat, but i did manage to get a glass of water

Snack: Well finished work and so I had my breakfast.. Fruitybix mmmmmmmmmmmm

Lunch: Grilled chicken burger from BurgerKing (97% fat free)mmmm

Snack: Another bowl of Fruitybix
and some Asparagus roll with cheese spread mmmmmmmm oh and a bottle of water

Dinner: Silverside with some vegetables (carrots, couliflower, brocolli)mmm
Bottle of water

Snack: watermelon and grapes

Exercise: Me and my daughter went to the river for a swim so i thought i would class that as exercise lol and we went for a ride on our bikes to the park ...

Sunday...

Woke up and went for a 30 minute walk

Breakfast: fruitybix mmmmm
cup of water
and a banana

Lunch: 2 asparugus sandwiches with cheese spread mmmm
1 cup of coke
2 biscuits

Dinner: Kfc lol... 2 piecies of chicken and some chips hehehe :eek:

Snack: Banana
and so far 3 cups of water.. Its so hot here that you cant help but drink heaps of water :D :cool: LOL

I like to have one day of the week (usually sunday) were i let myself have a day off lol, where I can What eva I want to eat with within moderation anyway :p

Snack: 2 cornbeef sandwiches
1 cup of tea
v drink (felt really tired today)

Dinner: plate of watermelon,

Exercise: I ended up going for a 1 hour and 1/2 walk so i was quite proud of myself :eek: ...

Tuesday 8th feb

Got up at 6:30 and went for a 30 minute walk

Breakfast: 3 chesse spread sandwiches with no butter
2 cups of water

Snack: cup of tea, 2 biscuits (not chocolate lol)

Lunch: weightwatches bar, hot cup of water, scone, 1 cup of lemonade

Snack: museli bar (chocolate chip) bottle of water

Dinner: Chowmein, cup of water

Went for another 30 minute walk

Snack: Fruitybix, Cup of water, and a cup of green tea

Exercise
Me and the family went for a bike ride to the park to teach my lil 4 year old
how to ride without the training wheels hehehe

Oh yea I weighed myself today so i could find out what my starting weight is (before weight) so I could keep on track with how much weight i am looseing or not looseing hahaha.. I new like months ago i was 79kg and now i am 75kg so that will be my starting weight, my goal weight is 55kg - 60 kg

Hi Christina... Yea i love going for bike rides , I havent gone bike riding in years and my kids think it is great aswell :) now my partner wants to get a bike so we all can go bike riding lol and as for my lil man he done really well at first I thought he would fall off, we would push him a little (where the grass was abit long) just til he got used to balanceing then we took him over where the grass was really short (at the park) so he could get more speed and then he was off and everytime he stoped he always put his feet down first.. :)
 
Wednesday 9th of feb....

I went for a 30 minute walk...

Breakfast: Ended up having fruitybix due to my daughter not eating it haha

Snack: 2 salmon sandwiches with lettece and tomato,
3 glasses of water

Lunch: um i only had a cup of hot water and a little bit of chips with dip :(
oo and another cup of hot water because i was still full from the sandwhiches

Snack: I think i had a bowl of fruitybix??? but not to sure lol

Dinner: 2 toast with baked beans and with a cup of chocolate milk :( :(

Snack: Oh o here comes the yukky stuff, i had 4 chocy bikkies and a cup of fizzy and um a fruit roll up :eek: :confused: :( ...................... But I did feel bad about all the bikkies so i went for an hours walk...... :p

Exercise................
Well there was the 30 minute walk this morning, then the hour walk this evening and now i am gonna do 20 leg raises. 20 leg lifts (right leg) 20 leg lifts (left leg) and 20 situps........... Hope i do better tomorrow ;)

Well today it is Thursday the 10th of feb

So I got up at 6:30 and went for my 30 minute walk...

Breakfast .... ummmm well i only had a bottle of water.. didnt really have time

Snack: Sorry didnt have time for anything

Lunch: I had a yummy salad consisting of Crab meat, lettece, tomato, capsicum and with a little bit of salad dressing (lite) mmmm
2 glasses of water mmmmm

Snack: Well i was a lil nawty lol... cus i had 3 chokkie bikkies :eek: and an ice block because it has been sooo hot here

Dinner, didnt really have much of a dinner, just some fruitybix and 2 bottles of water ooo and a green tea (we havent done our shoppig yet lol)

Exercise.. Well there was the 30 minute walk this morning, then went for a hour walk this afternoon... 20 leg raises, 20 leg lifts (right leg) 20 leg lifts ( left leg) and 20 situps
