The main parts i am trying to lose weight in is a typical ladys problem areas.. The abdamin, thighs, hips, and buttocks are the main areas... Well went for a 40 minute walk this morning and here is what i have had to eat so far....
BREAKFAST 1 cup of water, 1 apple, 1 weightwatches cereal bar.
SNACK...2 more weightwatches cereal bars lol, 2 cups of water.
LUNCH...1 weightwatches cereal bar, 2 cornbeef sandwichs (lettece, tomatos) 2 cups of water and grapes..
SNACK... 2 more cornbeef sandwichs (tomato sauce, lettec and tomatos)
and i will up date the dinner menu when the time comes. oh and do yous have any idea of what would be good for breakfast?
