Well sorry i havent been writing my daily diary, but i ended up changeing the house around and i never got around to plugging in the computer, but i promose you i have still been eating right and have been going for my walks and doing my daily exercises (i feel lazy now if i dont do my daily exercises or go for a walk)
 
WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST.......1 cup of tea (2 sugars and milk)
3 cups of water

LUNCH......... 2 beef sandwichs
3 cups of water

SNACK......... 2 luncheon sandwichs (lettece and tomato)
4 cups of water

DINNER ....... Fried potatoes and pumpkin
4 cups of water

SNACK.......... 1 cup of coffe (2 sugars and milk)
4 cups of water
1 cup of green tea (no sugar)

EXERCISES...... 1 Hour walk, 25 leg raises, 25 leg lifts (right leg) 25 leg lifts (left leg), 25 bum lifts, 25 situps

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST.......4 Weetbix (sugar and milk)
3 cups of water

SNACK.......... 1 Weightwatches bar
3 cups of water

LUNCH.......... 2 Spagetti on toast
3 cups of water.

DINNER....... steak and kidney stew and 2 pieces of bread
2 cups of water , and um a bottle of wine lol :eek:

AAwww thanks :)... Its the first time i have been this determined and it helps that i see that i am loseing weight it keeps me motivated to keep going.......
 
FRIDAY

BREAKFAST..... noodles and 3 pieces of bread
2 cups of water

SNACK....... See my good habits didnt last long, i ended up having some lollies :( oh and a little piece of cake :( So i will have to have heaps of cups of hot water to flush it all out hehehe

Well sorry for not filling in my diary for the last couple of days , family from up north ended up coming down, so i left the computer alone hahahaha :rolleyes:

Monday

BREAKFAST.... 2 weetbix (little bit of sugar and milk)

SNACK....... 2 weetbix and a bottle of water

DINNER....... Fried potatoes , pumpkin and kumara

SNACK...... 2 Egg sandwichs and 3 cups of water

EXERCISES.... I went for a 1 hour and a half walk (to make up for not walking the last couple of days) 25 leg raises, 25 leg lifts (right leg) and (left leg) , 25 bumlifts, 25 situps
 
TUESDAY


WELL I WAS SO BUSY TODAY THAT I DIDNT EAT ANYTHING UNTIL DINNER TIME..

SNACK...... 1 Cup of tea (2 sugars and milk)

DINNER..... Chinese (egg fu yong, sweet n sour pork just a little, rice and a piece of chicken.)

SNACK...... 1 Cup of tea (2 sugars and milk)

EXERCISES.... Yard work, and house work, 25 situps, 25 leg raises, 25 bum lifts and 25 leg lifts (right leg and left leg)

The main parts i am trying to lose weight in is a typical ladys problem areas.. The abdamin, thighs, hips, and buttocks are the main areas... Well went for a 40 minute walk this morning and here is what i have had to eat so far....

AllCdnBoy is right. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and yours is pretty light ......

think of it this way: You eat a good breakfast, but you are at the beginning of the day and can burn it off. My old instructor said: "Breqkfast like a King; Lunch like a duke and dine like a pauper" Her point was that as we get to the end of the day, we will be doing less and therefore should eat lighter.

I see you are good about water intake, which is great.

Try having a couple of eggs for breakfast and maybe one slice of multigrain toast, along with some fruit. (and water of course:) )


Your "problem areas" are also mine. Sounds like you have a pretty good exercise program, but as AllCdnBoy said - you need that cardio workout too.

I just started into a new and super agressive ab redusing regime. I'll let you know if it works ......

Hello again, Sorry that i havent been updating my diary but as the school holidays were here, i ended up going away to see family and friends and i just got back a couple of nights ago, so now that things are back to normal (kids back at school) i can get back into my routine..... Oh and thanks for the ideas Weezy yea i no that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but as i have got 3 kids to get ready for school and kindy i dont really have the time to eat so i try and grab whatever i can (because i do like having something to eat in the mornings)..... I am sad to say tho that my eating habits werent that good over the holidays but now that things are back to normal i will definitly get back to it .......
 
Breakfast cup of coffee (2 sugars and milk)
cup of tea (2 sugars and milk)
apple'

SNACK.... 1 weightwatchers bar

LUNCH..... 2 sausages in a bread
1 cup of coke cola :(

Will up date later

LUNCH......... Mince and cheese pie
1 small chocolate muffin
can of v drink :( :( :(

SNACK......... 1 Sausage
cup of coffe (2 sugars and milk)

DINNER........ sausage , spagetti mushrooms and capsicums

SNACK......... 1 small cup of milk and 1 weightwatches bar
 
Are you eating any fruit? maybe make yourself a smoothiethat you could probably add to your breakfast...I like to boil eggs and keep them in the fridge if I want a quick snack or easy breakfast! you may get tired of those bars after awhile...and they tend to be high in sugar. Good luck.
 
thanks for the warning about the bars Shar, I had a look on the sugar content of the bars and they did have a bit of sugar in them, plus i have gone off them now....... I keep some fruit around and thats a good idea about keeping some boiled eggs in the fridge so i will try that THANKS , sorry if i havent been up to date with the diary but i havent been on the computer.... I have been trying to get back into the swing of things (with the kids going back to schoolO so please do forgive me lol.......

No problem...it's just what works for me...but I think weight watchers is one of the better products. My co worker went to a nutritionist and we were eating the zone bars and tho she said they were good just to watch the sugar if your eating them on a regular basis...Good Luck.
 
I have a friend that is on weight watches so i asked if i can have a copy of the points list hehehe.... Man i havent been keeping on track with my eating (healty) and my exercise since the school holidays :(... Im gonna try and get back to my routine on monday hehehe....
