I have never tried Salmon. Guess it's cause I don't know how to fix it. Salad sounds delicious! I am going to have to pick up some goods at the grocery store this weekend. Keep up the great work!
 
Friday the 10th of Feb

Breakfast.. Fruitybix
1 cup of green tea

Snack:

Lunch: Well I ended up going to Burger king, but instead of getting the burger i usual get, i got one of those 97% fat free ones well that was the good thing, but then i ended up having a cup of fizzy drink and a chocolate hersey pie mmmm :( , so instead of sunday being my ANYTHING day im gonna make Fridays my ANYTHING day lol

Snack: Hmmm i ended up having yet another Ice block lol

Dinner: Fisn n Chips :( .. and some chocolate

Exercise...
Went for a 30 minute walk this morning...In the evening i went for a hour and a half walk, 20 situps, 20 leg raises, 20 leg lifts (right leg) 20 leg lifts (left leg)

Hi christina, yea it was really yummy, but i guess i forgot to mention that it was the salmon that you get in the cans hehehehe... and i also like tuna aswell mmmmm,
 
Saturday

Breakfast, didnt have time for breakfast.....

Lunch: Porkbun (a little one) mmm. umm im sure i had something else but i cant remember...

Dinner: 2 eggs, 2 fish fillets, lettece, and tomatoes, with a glass of water

Snack: Protein shake. green tea, and a bottle of water..

Exercise....

Sunday..13th of Feb

Breakfast: Another day without breakfast, as i was running late for the meeting (church)

Lunch: 1 boiled egg with a little bit of toast, half a can of peaches mmm and 2 toast with marmite on it mmm , glass of water

Snack: Banana and berry smoothie from mcdonalds
1 cup of tea

Dinner: I ended up having 2 spagetti toasties mmmm and a big glass of water.. 1 cup of green tea

Exercise.....
This morning i went for a hour and a half walk since i missed out lastnight... In the evening i went for a hours walk, 25 situps, 25 leg raises, 25 leg lifts (right leg) 25 leg lifts (left leg) If you guys have any other good exercising ideas please let me no :)

It looks like you are doing terrific (except for the no breakfast thing) good on you. Your meals sound yummy. Im sorry I can’t help you with the exercise but you have given me some extra ones to start on, thank you.
 
Hi rosered yea i was feeling bad about the no breakfast thing too :( so i made sure to have some this morning .. well i hope a protein shake counts LOL... I am glad that you have gotten some ideas, that is great, Im glad I can help someone,
 
Monday 14th of Feb

Got up and went for my 30 minute walk.

Breakfast.. Protein shake and a green tea 2 cups of water. and oh ooo um chocolate biscuit :( ,

Dinner: Fish pit, vegetables, and some hot chips with 2 glasses of water

Snack: 2 bowls of rices (wth no sugar) a bottle of water and a green tea.

Exercise, There was my 30 minute walk this morning, and then i went for a hour walk this afternoon, and then i did 20 leg raises 25 situps 20 leg lifts (right leg) 20 leg lifts (left leg)

Sounds like you are doing great exercising. Hopefully it will warm up a bit here for me. But snowing right now so I am still hibernating. :rolleyes:
 
.. Yeah that sounds good, they wont no what will hit them hehehehe.... Wow snow I dont see snow where i live well only on the hills anyway, right now it is summer so i am Loving it , but knowing New Zealand it wont last long lol At the moment i am trying to find a eliptical trainer (it is sort of like a bike with no seat, you stand up on it) so when it does get cold here i can use that instead .......
 
Tuesday 15th of Feb..

I Got up and went for my 30 minute walk, I feel that if i dont do it then i will stop, so i try and stick to it...

Breakfast: Green tea, sausage roll

Lunch: 2 cups of hot water, and a ham and cheese scone

Dinner: chicken casserole a bottle of water

Snack; cup of green tea, and a cup of water

Exercise....

Hi all, SOrry i havent posted it has mean MAD here, but i have been keeping up with the exercises and watching what i eat, but i have to admit that I havent really been eating much and the only other thing is that some days i have a couple of chocolate biscuits oh and a cup of guilty free ice cream the other day but thats about it... But i have been maintaining my walks in the morning and my walks in the afternoon, I will be measuring and weighting myself on the first day of March.. :)
 
Hi Gizza good to see you good on you for keeping up the exercise but gee that food looks a little scarce. Look after yourself and don’t you go and get sick on us.
 
Hi Rosered, Thanks for the headsup .... Its nice to no that there are people out there that are helpful and want to see you succeed lol.. I will get some more fruits and veges hehehe. The one thing that i am trying to get at the moment is a juicer my friend made me drink with apples, and carrots in it and oh it was sooo yummy, so i will be looking forward to that..
 
Today is Thursday the 24th of Feb, and so far I got up this morning and went for my 30 minute walk then i had some weightwatches berry flakes breakfast mmmmm then for a snack i had some watermelon, fruit bread with salami and olives and a cup of coffee, and then just a bottle of water.. and at the moment i have got some pumpkin so i can make me some pumpkin soup yum yum
 
Saturday 26th of Feb

Well as usual i got to busy and ended up forgeting what i had to eat that day, but so far i have had a bottle of water, 2 chicken sandwiches and a cup of tea..
 
Hi well I have had a crazy a couple of weeks i really have, I cant believe I am able to keep up with my exercising, but I have been, I am still doing my walking and watching what i am eating, i even went for a swim at the pools the other day, but some of my eating hasnt been to good.. I havnt gone overboard with the "bad foods" but i did have a fizzy drink here and 2 chokkie biscuits there and some times some ice cream, but i try not to let it get to me, but yea other then that i am still doing pretty well, when i am able to find someone with some scales i will be weighting myself and doing my measurements again, so hopefully I will get some good results.. :eek:

Keep at it gizza you will get there, it sounds like you are doing fine, I think we all have a little something here or there that’s not what you would call healthy food but that’s ok as long as we don’t have it all the time. Dose your shopping center have those scales you can weigh your self on?
 
Hi there, I have missed out on two days of not walking but thats cause i have late meetings that i have to go to (church meetings) .. Some times i make it out for a walk , but other times the day goes to fast lol..... No we dont have those shopping centre scales, there used to be some around but I dont any of them around these days. I'm usual sneaky tho, cause i go to "The Warehouse" and use there scales lol..
